Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has generally friendly and helpful staff, though one unfriendly, rather rude staff member was noted. The coffee is always good and tastes great, even if not hot a couple of times. The food is great as well. However, the holiday drinks were absolutely disgusting, with a strange taste, and the eggnog latte was missed. One customer was disappointed with a Venti Green Tea Lemonade with light ice that did not taste like lemonade and was mostly ice. Another customer had a fabulous strawberry creamer drink chosen by staff. The service is often fast and great, and it remains a go-to location for some.
