“We're new in the area and decided to walk a bit away from our place and found the Nut Coffee Shop. The place was clean and inviting, obviously they put a lot of care into it. The staff was friendly and efficient and I felt very welcomed. I loved that they support other small businesses and have a variety of options for everyone. I can't wait to make it my regular coffee shop. Also their straws are amazing. I know it's a weird thing but I hate typical paper straws that don't let you sit with a drink for very long and that didn't happen with these. I was able to tote my iced Nut Latte with me for hours afterwards which helped fuel my unpacking that same day!“
“I should not be saying this...BUT they have The world's best almond croissant!! Shhhhh don't tell anyone but you must get there before noon to capture one of these rare breed of croissants. You can taste the real butter. I would have taken a picture but I ate it. One of the regulars said all of the food is great.“
“This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. One of the best restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining at. The food is Michelin star quality and each dish is meticulously executed to perfection. To say I was speechless is understatement. Instead of farm to table, they bring the tables to the farm! Ingredients are grown on their farm or locally sourced. The menu changes depending on what’s in season. We went for our anniversary on Sunday, even though it was raining the outside tent was warm and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary an unforgettable experience.“
“Kanaka Creek Coffee has been our go to weekend stop for coffee, muffins and bagels for the past 2 years. Not only is the coffee the best, It’s truly a home away from home. They have fabulous homemade gifts, signs and also a neighbourhood book share. You won’t be disappointed!“
“Absolutely love this place! I go every now and again to try a different tea each time, there’s a lot of choices of teas (never tried the coffees but they look amazing).Great community and very warm welcoming staff, a nice place to chill and grab a sweet treat :)“
“neighborhood cafe in Langley. the barista was very nice and courteous friendly and welcoming eventhough busy and we had to wait a bit to order. they good coffee nice vibe with clean open modern decor and not many hipsters. ample underground parking and very accessible for anyone with mobility issues. shall definitely come back as recommended by a local regular customer eating a very appealing sandwich to return for brunch as in his words the food superb and fresh great find which just opened within the year and have consistency with pastries and offerings. my only complaint is Blacksmith Bakery need more iced caffinated drinks caffinated on their menu as summer is just around the corner.“
“All the food looks great and the bakery is delicious. It does get quite crowded on the weekends. It's unfortunate, if you're just buying bread, you still have to stand in line with the people who are ordering food and coffee. I saw three loaves of bread that I wanted one of them on the shelf. By the time I got up to order, all the bread was gone.“
“We love coming here for a bubble tea. The Bolan's are always super fresh and the drinks are made perfectly. The couple that run this place are so sweet. It's always a pleasure to go in there. If you're not sure what you like. ask for a recommendation she'll always give you a good one. This place is top notch. Yum yum“
“From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. The atmosphere is positively vibrant. Looking through the thoughtful and reasonably priced selection I overheard T speaking of a Tears of Santa elixir she was working on. I could not help but get involved and was soon sharing my story of long lost love refound 35 years later. T shared that the stores tag line was “Your story starts her” I bought myself a new mug more so as a reminder of my wonderful experience here that anything else. If you are looking for a magickal little shop in downtown Maple Ridge you can find it here.“
“Golden Ears Cheesecrafters has truly outdone themselves with their tomato vegetable soup paired with grilled cheese. Served piping hot, the soup boasted a perfect balance of tangy tomatoes and hearty vegetables, creating a comforting and satisfying flavor profile. Each spoonful was a delight to the taste buds, warming both the body and soul. Paired with their expertly grilled cheese sandwich, the meal was elevated to a whole new level of culinary bliss. Golden Ears Cheesecrafters has truly mastered the art of comfort food, and their tomato vegetable soup with grilled cheese is an absolute triumph!“
“Our order was quick and accurate, and my little one thought that the heart drawn on her kid's hot chocolate lid was so cute. I love when people take an extra little step to make things special even though it was smoking busy, thank you from a former 7+ years store manager “
“The BEST hot chocolate. Dark, Milk, or White, can't go wrong. Made with real chocolate chunks. I've had four this week. You can upgrade your size if you're a BCAA member, cool bonus. The staff works with a smile. There is cool artwork on the wall for sale.“
“First of all, they have the best espresso. Which makes the best latte's. Muffins and scones are baked in small batches daily. Sometimes 3 or 4 times daily, so you know it's super fresh. The pumpkin scone was still moist, but dense, it was really perfect. That scone was the best scone I'd ever had. It had the right amount of icing (lots). I'd easily drive 30 minutes on my day off for there products. Good job guy!!!“
