My friends and I meet on Mondays for coffee at various Tim's in Ridge Meadows. This store is by far the worst. The service is the slowest of all, and there is a woman who works on the front counter who should absolutely not be working with the public. She is middle aged, with lots of ink on her arms. She is aggressive, condescending and rude. The last time we were there I used Starbucks terminology when ordering my coffee, which I laughed off with an 'oops' and a smile. This place is under renovation and is serving out of a food truck. I am a Tim Hortons fan. While Starbucks has a stronger (stronger isn't necessarily better) coffee, Tim Hortons is sweeter, cheaper, and faster. However, I'd probably go to Starbucks for something cooked before Tim Hortons.

Food is tasty, coffee is brewed well and to my specifications, staff communicates efficiently and professionally, and behind-the-counter is *spotlessly clean*. A great experience, and will be visiting again whenever I come to Golden Ears.
