My friends and I meet on Mondays for coffee at various Tim's in Ridge Meadows. This store is by far the worst. The service is the slowest of all, and there is a woman who works on the front counter who should absolutely not be working with the public. She is middle aged, with lots of ink on her arms. She is aggressive, condescending and rude. The last time we were there I used Starbucks terminology when ordering my coffee, which I laughed off with an 'oops' and a smile. She growled at me that "this is not the day to push my buttons!" She was seriously angry!I'm too old for that kind of treatment. I'm a paying customer after all.We will never go back to that location.
