The Canadian Brewhouse & Grill (Abbotsford)

Food was just ok, everyone at our table had same response, wasn't bad and wasn't good , service was same, fast enough, but after food brought to table after that service was non existent, no checking how food was or asking if we wanted more to drink, music way to loud, have to yell to have conversation wth other people at table, overall experience, just ok..

Staff is amazing. Great English style pub and food. Has the local friendly atmosphere. Great spot where everybody knows your name.

Went here for lunch today, waited almost a hour for our food after ordering (not busy) and the server did not check on us during that time. Eventually we had to go find her and ask to get our food to go instead. She was not apologetic about the wait, and tried to blame it on the kitchen being short staffed despite everyone else around us getting their food seemingly in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, poor dining experience here.

Service is terrible, food is worse, prices are ridiculous on everything except beer, servers act so stressed out when there’s 5 people in the reasturant. Will not be coming back (also poutine looks and tastes horrible see picture)

The service was terrible, might have been an off night but we waited almost an hour for our food while watching tables that came in after us get theirs, one of them actually finished and left before we got ours... and then after waiting that long, my burger patty was only half cooked. I don't think I'll be returning

Caleb went above and beyond, providing such excellence in customer service. Fresh, hot food, cooked according to special instructions as discussed over the phone for my skip order.

I truly appreciate this amazing professional... He absolutely represents the Canadian Brewhouse 110%, however most importantly he truly cared about the special instructions I had, due to an operation on my throat.. I feel very cared about and I absolutely appreciate this amazing professional.

Had a very good lunch with my team. Food was very good, as was the service. We were able to talk easily with too much background music. Great location for a sacual lunch or super.

Very slow service on a Sunday night. About an hour to get our food after ordering

Busy location. Quick and friendly service. Good was decent. Bathrooms are located upstairs and a fair distance from the dining room. Lots of TVs but only a few channels shown.

I got 'gluten free' fish and chips but I doubt that they were. My stomach did not agree. It took a long time to get our food. I'm not sure if I would go back.

Food came out severely undercooked two times, steak was so fatty, management did nothing to correct this. Poor service and waitress was not knowledgeable about anything relating to drinks or food

We had a group of 7 for the 40oz steak night Food and service was great . We will be back again

We made reservations for dinner and then were told we could only order appetizers due to a steak event. That was really disappointing, and i wish we wouldve been notified about that when making the reservation. 2/3 orders had mistakes. The nachos my friend and I had were dry and not worth the money we paid. Was really disappointed with the food, but the staff were nice.

I rarely leave bad reviews but here we go. I called in four days in advance to make sure they were playing UFC and they said they were. On that same phone call I made a reservation for a party of 6 people. On the day of the reservation 2 people from our party showed up to get our table and when they arrived they were told that there was no reservation….complete bs. I tried explaining that I made the reservation over the phone and the manager said he would take a look around and see what he could do but no body got back to us. Super disappointing as we drove 50 mins from Surrey looking forward to watching the fight and this situation made us miss out on half of the event. Be more responsible!!!
