The Fishing Panda Food Truck & Catering

I’ve been a number of times, literally anytime I’m around when they’re open! Never left unsatisfied. The Panda Burger, the lobster rolls, the pulled pork poutine off the truck or any menu provided for a catering event I’ve been to with them has been exquisite.

Forget 5 stats, 11/10.

Pretty cool very innovative

We had The Fishing Panda cater our dinner for 10 people. Tony and his team exceeded our expectations. They proposed a menu and changed it to accommodate different dietary needs. Everything was delicious! They arrived on time, prepared the food in our premises, and cleaned up everything. They even packaged up the food not consumed so we enjoyed it again the next evening. I highly recommend them and will let anyone who needs this service know so they too can have a completely relaxed event knowing Tony and his team will take care of them.

These guys were awesome for my sons graduation party! Chef Tony was super quick to respond and we had a taco bar with pulled pork sliders which were delicious! Reasonably priced and everyone enjoyed everything so much. We will totally have them cater another event ?

Tony with the fishing panda food truck comes twice a year to our big BC reptile club in Abbotsford BC . He always kills it with a different amazing menu ! The food he makes is top notch and he’s such an awesome guy ! Highly recommend if you are having and event to get this truck !

Talented Chef and Team, Wonderful Food, and Reliable and Professional Service!!My family and I hired Fishing Panda Catering and Chef Tony for my mother's 80th birthday dinner/party and it was fantastic! I'd spoken to about two dozen caterers in total—many of them looked exceptionally good—but I loved Tony's energy, his passion and his thoughts on the meal.Many of the caterers heard "80th birthday party" and tried to sell us on lasagna and salad menus… at filet prices. Tony did the exact opposite!My mother doesn't look a day over 70 and many of her friends are younger people—so are the family—so the last thing we wanted for her and her friends was a menu from a senior's home—soft food and soup or salad?! Not Tony!!We set up the event location in the afternoon and Tony arrived right on time. I had to go home and change before dinner and stopped to pick a few things up on the way back… by the time I got there a LOT of the food had been gobbled up! I tried to get seconds of the mashed potatoes (OMG, YUM!!) but they were long gone!!This isn't because there wasn't enough food—there was more than enough… Lots and lots and lots! It was just s-o-o-o-o good! Everyone loved the food so much they were going up for seconds and thirds, even people who usually don't!Everyone left full and happy and raved about the food—we were thrilled with Chef Tony and his team.We'd hire Tony and his crew again, for any kind of event—his food's delicious, he's got wonderful energy, and he didn't let us down!

Tony and his crew are always eager to put a smile on a diner's face. For three private events, Tony was eager to satisfy menu needs and work within budgets! We love the Fishing Panda!

We had The Fishing Panda come and cater my husband's 40th birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect!! I was able to customize our casual menu. Chef Tony was extremely helpful and helped me through out the process! Great communication through out as well! The food was great! They worked so quickly! The poutine was a hit. They were prompt, courteous and a pleasure to have at our event! Would book with them again! A+
