“I honestly don’t have any particular preference for Pizza Hut and only ordered dinner tonight purely for the delivery convenience.

But I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the new “handcrafted” crust! It’s the perfect thickness — not too doughy or puffy like their regular crust (I dislike their regular crust) — and has a texture that’s closer to a wood-fired pizza. I’ll definitely be ordering it again for a pizza night!

The online app was easy to use, delivery was quick, and my order arrived perfectly accurate. I put the instructions “please leave at door” which were respected, and I appreciated the courtesy call from the driver, who informed me with a really polite call immediately after it was dropped off :)

“I went to the location and it was great and actually kinda cute to see how they all work together and talk and keep their motivation going. “We do not live anywhere close to this location; however, since receiving our first order from this location a couple years back, we have made a point to return to this specific location anytime we pass nearby. The food quality and absolutely fantastic customer service make this location the crown jewel of the Canadian arm of this franchise. Harpreet was the staff member, according to our slip, and knew that we were traveling a great distance. As such, she made fresh chicken and biscuits for our order. She is very kind and considerate... something that is very often laking in customer service, nowadays. Her attitude, genuineness and care for both customer, and her franchise, is exemplary. The staff is friendly and my pizzas are consistently well made, generous toppings and delicious.
