They have great pizza and their gluten free pizza is one of the best we’ve tried.
So the owner response to my review was for me to give my phone number. The last time I made the effort, the response was, “We’ll talk to our staff.” Why am I making the effort to give more feedback just to be told that the staff will be talked to.
Offering a discount or something encourages me to follow up on my reviews. For the money I pay for food and service, I would expect a little more effort from the store.

I tried the plant-based Spicy Calabrese and wow — it was so good! The crust was perfect, the flavours were spot on, and it had just the right kick of spice. Easily one of the best plant-based pizzas I’ve had anywhere.
