Second time at Pho Seawall and I have to say the food was amazing once again! Great big portions; so come hungry otherwise you’ll have leftovers!
The rice vermicelli noodle and rice dishes are sooo fresh and tasty!
The Pho is also great!
The location may not appear like much and the inside is not fancy but that should not deter you from stopping by to try them!

I have eaten a lot of Vietnamese food, both in Vancouver and in Vietnam, and they are legit! Good portions for the hungry, great flavours for people!
