Ashcroft Bakery and Coffee Shop is a delightful destination for food lovers. Known for its wide variety of delicious foods, it serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The daily lunch specials and soups of the day are always a treat. But the star of the show has to be their world-famous cinnamon buns, which are a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth. The lattes and coffees are some of the best in town, making it a perfect spot for both a hearty meal and a coffee break. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent, ensuring a pleasant experience every time.

Great latte with milk choices available. Shannon, on front counter is awesome. Cozy seating, as in small, but comfy. Baked goods are tasty.

Warning- it used to be a destination! This place used to have the most amazing cinnamon buns & coffee. We make a point to drive up for the day just for that alone.Sadly the cinnamon buns were dry and hard. The coffee tasted weak. You will not last long in a small town cutting corners on ingredients or cheapness. Stick to the same recipes or make it better than what was already available. The girl serving us was pleasant. But you best pull up your socks.I hope you do… or will never come back.

Very polite people, felt very welcome to sit down and stay for a while. Grabbed a chicken roll, leman bar and scone. All were really good, but especially the scone was buttery soft - best scone I had in a while

This was such a great find in the cutest little place. I had a gluten free peanut butter bar, my husband had a scone. They were both delicious! I also picked up some bread and a dozen of fresh, local eggs. ❤️

Delicious breakfast sandwiches, sausage rolls, and latte were perfect. Very nice family-owned business.

Stopped in yesterday while in town visiting family. Your cinnamon buns are amazing but the best is the fruit and nut bread I purchased. I am sitting here enjoying my morning tea with some toasted bread. It is absolutely the best fruit and nut bread I haveever eaten.

We found this place by accident when waiting for our truck at the mechanic and it was a great surprise. Really good selection on the drinks menu (we got the matcha latte and cappuccino and both were great) and also an incredible selection of delicious pastries (we can personally recommend the PB&J cinnamon bun, butter tarts and doughnuts). Definitely worth a visit, we already plan to come back next time we pass through.

Usually I blow past Ashcroft, rembering how 40 some odd years ago I would go to track and field events in the freakishly hot sun. lol This time, in desperation to find coffee for my wife before entering the Fraser Canyon, we side-tracked over and found the Ashcroft Bakery! They had quite a selection of baked goods, but unfortunately did not have an ingredient list for checking on food allergies - I am gluten-intolerant and my wife has a corn (and corn derivitives) allergy, so we had to pass on a couple things. The cold coffee was great on a day when then thermometer was showing 35 Celsius!
