Even though the place was bumping, we felt like we were the only people in the room as Miguel was so attentive and made us feel like he was hosting us at his own home. Can’t wait to return!

Jaden is amazing. He was happy, kind, informative, and entertaining. We showed up on a Sunday night, so the place was quiet. I had a very nice rye drink and shortly after a gin drink. Both were delicious. I can’t wait until this place opens up a kitchen. The ambience and service are top notch. I’d like to spend a night eating and drinking here.

Always have to stop in while on the island for an evening. Easy 1/2 ounce cocktails with very minimal bar snacks!

What a find on Bowen and I’m so glad they were open during our visit! Fantastic tasting available for a very reasonable price along with mini cocktails to try the spirits. Lovely ambiance, friendly owner. Bought a bottle of gin which is so delicious it could probably be sipped on its own.

We came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too full inside. They have seats outside, inside and at the bar. Their distillery only serves drinks and they are all in mini form. All their alcoholic cocktails are $6

We got the elderflower sparkle which was very fresh tasting. The elderflower part was quite strong and floral flavored. It wasn't overly sweet and the vodka was very smooth.

The cassis was also made with their vodka so it was also very smooth. The black currant flavour was quite strong and it wasn't too sweet. The consistency was thicker than regular cocktails.

The not in Manhattan was very smokey. The lapsang souchong was very strong.

The cherry rye sour had a strong cherry flavour. The aquafaba made the drink a bit thick.

Overall our favorite were the cassis and the elderflower sparkle. We really enjoyed the presence vodka. The verity rye spirit was too strong for our liking. The service was very friendly and nice. I would recommend this place if you are visiting the island

As a fellow distiller, I have to say that Miguel's product is fabulous. Particularly love his pepper vodka. Subtle and smooth.New Wave Distilling.

Delicious cocktails. Great ambiance. A delightful surprise during our trip to Bowen. The perfect place to unwind before dinner.

Nice ambience and friendly staff with really unique selection of mini cocktails. Their specials were all amazing. I hope they make the yerba mate cocktail part of their regular menu. Will definitely be back.
