The Snug Cafe

Wish there was a zero stars option on Google, but here i am having to put in one star for this awful cafe. Their card machines don’t work and the servers are rude and condescending.
I asked for a chicken samosa and they did not even have the courtesy to warm it up for me, it was inedible. I took it for a hike and had to starve the whole way as I could not eat it and it smelled raw.
Wishing anyone who stand in the long queue attracted by their “cute ambiance” good luck.

There are better option for breakfast at the island, cheaper, nicer and far more organized. If I could I wouldn’t give any stars to the service. They told us with 10 minutes anticipation that their kitchen was gonna close. After queueing for almost 30 minutes. Not even an apology from the the staff. Terrible service

Decent food but I’d avoid if you’re coeliac, they charge for gluten free bread and somehow have the nerve to charge even more for them to wipe down the cooking surface?? Never before have I been charged extra for someone to clean a pan so the food is safe to eat - crazy!

Such a cute little cafe, I got a smoothie and it was perfect.

Adorable little cafe near the water. Got the bacon breakfast sandwich and it was delicious and fresh tasting. The staff were lovely and welcoming.

Tried their Eggs Benedict highly recommend! They have several topping options so you can choose your favorite, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The eggs were perfectly poached, the hollandaise was rich and creamy, and the portion was just right. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and a great spot for a relaxed late breakfast or brunch

The meat pie tasted great. However, the Wi-Fi was unstable, which caused the card machine to stop working temporarily. A staff member took my order and asked me to pay once the machine was back up. I waited for about 30 minutes, only to find out that my order had been completely forgotten. When I brought it up, they quickly made my drink. I understand they were busy with many customers in line, but I wish things were a bit more organized.
