We have been coming to Tuscany ever since we decided to try it a few years back and last night I brought my mother who's visiting.We were seated inside and you can really appreciate how much effort does into your dish when you see the chefs at work. Everyone there (chefs, servers, busses etc.) were ON during the Easter long weekend. Though we had to wait about an hour for our food to come it, it truly was worth the wait. The food was absolutely heavenly and the flavours were perfected. Divine!I recommend, especially during the busy season or long weekends, to not come starving. And have compassion because during Easter they are still operating on winter staff on a small island.We had: Bolognaise Pasta, Tuscany PizzaDine-in and reserved the day before for 7:30pm, seated around 7:40pm, our order came out around 8:25-8:30pm.Yes I would recommend this place and will definitely be ordering here again.

Book ahead!!! If the island is busy so is this place. It is literally only open 3 hours an evening, Wednesday to Sunday. Be ready to wait a long time for your food. Everything is made to order. It is Delicious. Dont worry. Dont show up with a big group expecting to last minute get in and get a quick meal. Give yourself plenty of time or else you may be disappointed, there is often only one or two servers. Otherwise the food and service is top notch. The chefs know what theyre doing except maybe chill on the Parmisan. ?

What a cozy little gem this spot is! The lights and trees outside were so beautiful. It was a busy night, and from what we could tell there was only one server on, and I’m not kidding when I say this man was running between tables! Our customer service was excellent, food and drinks arrived in a timely fashion. Our two appetizers and main pizza was delicious! The pizza was a very generous size. We loved that they had local cider on tap! Would recommend and looking forward to dining again!

Delicious food! Friendly stuff!We were on Bowen for only 2 night, and both dinners we had at this place. I’m in love with Italian food, and Tuscany is on my top 5 places in North America where I would come back.100% recommendOnly feedback is amount of stuff. On busy hours can tell that it’s understaffed. We were ready to wait as long as needed, however we heard some guest leaving unhappy because of thatBest of luck ☺️

Jamey at the Tuscany was a pleasant experience. The bolognese was delicious and a delight to experience, as is all of the pizza ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The prawn scampi was delightful and light. I would highly recommend visiting Tuscany and asking for Jamey as a server!
Tuscany Restaurant at Bowen is a delightful Italian gem! The food is superb, and the staff's politeness enhances the dining experience. I traveled from Vancouver solely for their exceptional pizza – a journey well worth it!

The food and the patio looked amazing. Initially the service was friendly. We started to wonder when our appetizer would arrive and while waiting we watched several food item come out to the wrong tables, one table offered to sell their drinks and food to a table that just arrives, saying the service was so poor, hey eventually left as no one served them. After 45 min we inquired about a our appetizers and it was met with rude excuses. I get they may be under staffed, but we shouldn’t be made to feeling like we’re the rude ones to enquire. We decided to leave as the response was unnecessary. Maybe this was a one off, bad night and maybe the food would make up for this? You can decide.
