This was the first and last time I'll ever order from here. We ordered delivery and was quoted 45 min. Over an hour and a half later we called and they said just 5 more min. Another half hour and the pizza still hadn't arrived. Finally after about 2 hours and 10 min it came. However, 1 pizza was incorrect, all of them were burnt, none of them were even cut, AND they forgot the bread sticks. The staff were completely unapologetic and absolutely not helpful at all.

Pizza isn't bad if you're willing to pick it up. But that's not why I buy pizza. Every time I order from them, the delivery takes so long that the pizza is literally cold by the time it arrives. The last time I ordered, I literally canceled it after it saying it was out of the oven for over 2 hours on the website. Pathetic service.

I ordered pizza last Saturday and I paid 4$ extra for mushrooms and 4$ extra for green peppers (total for the order was 45$ for a large pizza), yet I received only regular toppings from this store. A very different experience from Dominoz pizza which is much more generous for the price you pay. Never again from Pizza Hut

Paid 33 for a medium pizza to be delivered down the road. Tipped 7.84 for them to deliver it less than 1km and they canceled my order after accepting my debit card online & said ill have to go in for a refund next week. Makes absolutely no sense why you would accept the order then cancel.

I ordered a homestyle pizza but they gives me a pan pizza and I called and the person was rude. And i also add the extra seasoning on breadsticks and I kept saying no there isn't we are eating the breadsticks and there is no extra seasoning and he didn't care than he said I’ll take care in your next order and hung up the phone. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!! What is this?

When I walked in no one even there, I waited but no one showed up. Could hear them talking In the back. I was the only customer yet I had to flag them down to get service...And the pizza, it was the most greesy pizza ever. Literally swimming in oil...

Thinking that I was placing a delivery order when I was actually placing a pick up order. I call and spoke with Param amd he was very helpful. He changed our order to deliver grab out addy and soon we will have pizza. Thank you Param and pizza hut!
It's great that they offer a personal size pizza. The pizza it self is basically your average franchise type pizza. They go a little light on the cheese as well. I ve found they are definitely one of the fastest. Their on line site is laid out quite well unfortunately it doesn't always seem to work.

Really bad service. If they're out of an ingredient, they just omit it without saying anything. When we called to tell them that our pizza doesn't have spinach as indicated on the website, all we got was "we're out of that"When we asked them why they didn't tell us and give us an opportunity to order something else instead, they just kept repeating "we don't have any spinach".A confusing and disappointing experience overall. If this is going to be how they treat their customers, good luck winning any business from Peninsula and Keating!

Just bought pizza of the day. So disappointed, had to throw into the bin. Cold, no cheese, no taste, totally waste of money. Won’t buy again from here. Would prefer to go to Royal oak shopping centre.
