Customer service here is really poor :( I really love the drinks here but the cashiers are always in a bad mood and rude. They give off an annoyed expression, cut you off when you’re talking, and ruin the experience that customers are supposed to have.

The match ice cream latte is really good, and the strawberry match latte tastes great as well. They have monthly match specials, which is a nice touch. 101 boba is definitely a solid spot for bubble tea lovers.

We ordered from 101 Boba and I must say, out of all the milk teas I’ve tried, this was the worst. We were a group of 7 and none of our drinks were tasty. The matcha tasted like it had a soapy flavour, the Ovaltine smoothie was bland, and the ice cream drink tasted like watered down milk. I’m only giving 2 stars because my kid liked the waffle.
