Four Seasons grass jelly is good! Not too sweet at 70% sugar

Great bubble tea.

The staff is so bad. There was a girl named palak i think. I ordered strawberry yakult with coconut jelly. This order is generally 9.88 dollars, but she charged me 11.50 dollars. Such cheap staff.

I got the plum & lemon green tea. The bobas are super chewy and tasty. The flavors are tarty and consistent. Though it is pretty pricey even for a medium

The bubble waffle is ALWAYS sold out and most of the good drinks. People say its bad but i personally like it.

The guy with his hair tied up is really rude

Love the selection and flavors. My daughter and I love stopping by for a drink when we spend time at Metrotown. Her new favorite drink is the mango green tea with coconut jelly.

Enjoyed my ice cream black tea. Too bad did not have mango drink all sold out. Would be nice to have seating like they did before

Bubble tea was prepared well. I noticed staff person washing their hands before prep. Staff could be friendlier. My point app wasn’t working & she didn’t offer any solution. It was like I’m taking up time.

this boba is DISGUSTING. me and my friend were just wandering around tnt and suddenly really wanted boba and decided to try it. the long hair barista guy took our order and was a little weird, he spoke super quietly so it was hard to understand what he was saying and never smiled. i ordered classic milk tea with ultimate chew and it was so bad. the milk tea had a rlly weird flavour and the pearls were hard to chew. the coconut jelly tasted so bad it was ridiculously sweet. half sugar is literally full sugar cuz of how sweet it is. i drank a bit and then threw it out, it was just so bad. my friend got the milk tea with pearls and drank it all, but felt light headed after and felt like throwing up. way too sweet and disgusting flavor with poor service. i want a refund. don't recommend.

It's hard to find bubble tea until $6 so their August 20% promotion made me give this place a try. I tried the Ultimate chew with 30% sugar and it had no fruit taste no tea taste with a hint of sugary after taste. Wasn't pleased with the drink but had lots of toppings which were appreciated and conveniently located beside T&T.

Had passed by 101 Boba before, but was finally introduced to their drinks after winning a gift card. Shoutout to @sadpenguinfoods on Instagram! We had a large Mango Smoothie (with coconut jelly) and a large Roasted Tea Latte with Grass Jelly. Both were refreshing and were August specials! The Mango Smoothie had a small layer of milk foam as well, and while you couldn't adjust sugar and ice levels, it had a good level of sweetness. The cup sizes were a fair size as well for the regular price.

We found the staff to be very friendly and the wait wasn't too long for our drinks. Convenient location beside T&T and near the parkade entrance! Looking forward to returning for my bubble tea fix! Like most bubble tea chains, they also have limited edition drinks and rotating monthly specials at 20% off.

Drinks were good, but had terrible customer service from the male cashier with long hair and glasses. He clearly loathed working there and didn't smile nor make any effort to be friendly to any of the customers. Felt like it was a huge favor for him to take my order. Will not be returning to this location.
