49th Parallel Coffee Roasters Head Office

Coffee tastes great. Went to the Head Office to buy some beans because I was in the area. Bought one bag for $20. The next morning I get an email saying they are now on sale “Black Friday”.
Now…. because I actually drove there to buy in person resulting in no shipping for them. I’m thinking they knew about the Black Friday sale the day I purchased? I’m disappointed they not tell me that there was a sale the very next day.
Glad I only purchased 1 bag.

The coffee is expensive but tastes good, and I know this is a little thing, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. It’s those little things that lose customers.

They have amazing coffee and great customer service. I had issues with a product I purchased online, they went above and beyond to make it right and speed up replacement avoiding a long wait with the supplier.

I have tried many different roastery, and I can confidently say that Parallel 49 has the best freshly roasted coffee in town with a variety of different flavors!

Their Epic espresso is truly epic.
And their service has always been great. I’ve been ordering Epic espresso shipped to Calgary for 3 years now. The shipping is fast (takes 3 days even though I’m outside of BC) and whenever I have an issue with my coffee they’re there to solve it. Once or twice they sent me a free replacement coffee when there was a problem with delivery.
Definitely recommend this coffee and the company!

After a stellar in-coffee joint visit that had me hooked from my first time, I hauled a pack of their Organic Breakfast Roast from a Whole foods Organic Market whilst on a dope sale! This coffee Roasters is da bomb! Incredible roasts with great beans sourced and an ethical and sustainable approach to their craft.
A tad bit more on the expensive side, but worth it if your going all out. Makes great Espresso in my aeropress or a nice full bodies cup of Joe from the Moka pot.

The cost of your Old School Espresso beans jumped from $19.95 per pound (16oz) to $18.00 per 12oz. This is 20% increase! Wholesale coffee prices are at the lowest levels in 10 years! Your coffee shop was my favourite coffee place in Vancouver and we were using your beans for our home espresso machine for many years. The way you have increased prices for you coffee beans, that were already high compared to other brands was not very cool. We have just finished the last bag of your Old School Espresso beans and moved on! Adieu!

I'm a huge fan of the Old School Espresso beans but do however find it overpriced.

I was just there and I was provided awesome service. They were able to answer all my questions and helped me with an outside inquiry. Definitely will be returning here!!
