I really enjoyed the service Loviny provided today, I was trying to redeem my points for an item but the data service here was so bad I couldn’t get it to work. She not only didn’t get annoyed and impatient but actually explained helpfully that it’s a service issue. I was about to give up when I went back to my car and realized the order went through. I went back in and redeemed the product. Usually I felt a bit bad about redeeming only a product and not buying anything so I always bought something else I didn’t really need to use the points, but Loviny didn’t make me feel awkward about it at all and was super friendly right to the end. Great work!

This location is a headache. Watch what they try to charge you as many times they don't match the prices on the shelf.I shouldn't have to be on my guard or argue to pay the advertised price.This has happened multiple times now and only at this location.

Even though 7-Eleven is a 24 hours store over been denied entry to the store on multiple occasions with a locked door after midnight even though it was freezing and I just wanted to get a hot coffee. The people who work at this store are some of the most anti-social and rude workers I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. I've also seen them treat homeless people like garbage on multiple occasions.

Worst experience ever, today (around 8:15pm) it was snow storm and few customers just wanted to use the restroom, although the restroom was perfectly fine and was already used before by other customers, they asked customers to leave the store, as restroom was broke according to them. It was very rude of them to behave like this at this situation, where people don’t have access to transit and are stuck in traffic. I won’t recommend this 7-Eleven.Date - 29 / 11 / 22

I wrote this in my Esso review, and I am leaving it here to warn people.This is possibly one of the worst places you could ever go to as a gas station and as a corner store. I went here and the terrible worker Aditya was preposterous, telling me that just because my 19 year old was with me I wasn't able to purchase a lottery ticket. I had ID and showed it, and to my dismay they didn't let me purchase it. I would like everybody to know this place is terrible, I would recommend any other place that has actual nice staff rather than having some that doesn't know what they are talking about and that isn't very nice either.This employee should be aware of the actual rules to purchasing a Lotto ticket.

This is a terrible establishment because of one reason - the staff. I will not be visiting this place again and I advise you to not visit in the first place because of how rude and not understanding they are. They are very unprofessional and honestly don't know what they are doing.You would be better off just not coming here
My experience was really bad because the prices aren't good and the whole experience is bad. Their competitors are 100 times better

I went to buy some donuts and and my way back home my fingers grazed something sticky and soft. I immediately panicked thinking it was animal drool, but as I requested for the car light to be turned on, I realized it was a glob and frosting from my treat. Do better on your packaging!!!!! Incident #2: The sign outside states that it's open 24/7. But when I went there at 3:27 a.m to purchase a Popsicle after an exhausting time at the hospital, the manager of the 7/11 told me to go away!!!!!! Bad.
