As a French person, it is nice to find authentic and delicious French pastries. A bit on the expensive side but it’s the same everywhere in Vancouver.

My favourite croissants in Vancouver.
Their butter croissants and almond croissants are out of this world.
I would drive an hr to get their croissants.

Good. First time in, only tried the flan and americano. Both were good. Other pastries looked interesting from the glass casing. I will be back.

I got the pistachio raspberry tart with almond filling to go. It was recommended to me and I am so glad that I tried it. The pastry was flaky. The filling was delightful, but I did find the raspberries too tart for my liking.

I stopped by this bakery for the first time this morning, and unfortunately, it will also be my last visit. There was only one staff member working, and he was very unfriendly, giving me a cold look from the start without saying a word. He didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted my two items warmed up—I guess they don’t unless customers specifically ask.
I had initially thought about trying their coffee, but decided not to, as I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. It’s unusual to feel that way in a bakery, which is normally a warm and welcoming place.
The whole experience felt more like a farmers’ market model—pick up quickly and go—rather than a proper bakery where you’d want to stay and enjoy what you bought.

When comparing atmosphere, service of Ca Croustille--I conclude it's better in my opinion than all other similar, establishments I've found in Vancouver. Both the product and coffee 5-star! And service and ambience excellent!

Bought a baguette to take home. Inside was soft and chewy, but the outside was very hard to bite through.

Love this cozy place. Great sourdough and love their jasmine tea. Also, they support local artists! Amazing place and team 💚

Ca Croustille has some of the best croissants I’ve ever had—especially the almond one, which is super flaky and rich. The pastries are always fresh, and the little cafe has a cozy, simple vibe.

was recommended by others to try their croissant, and was extremely disappointed…
not to mention…this croissant costs $5+ dollars (I can’t rmb the exact price), but I got 3 pastries in total and they were $18+
I don’t mind expensive pastries but this is so poorly made how is this worth the money I’m paying
I came hoping to enjoy myself, encouraged by the restaurant’s high rating. Unfortunately, the waitress was rude and passive-aggressive, which completely ruined the experience. The dessert was delicious, but due to the poor service, we won’t be coming back.
