Came into the restaurant around 2pm.Incredible service from both employees..one gal and a male.Very welcoming to patrons as they entered and left.The girl brought me extra things I needed ,without asking,for my disabled client.She said if we need anything else to let her know. The guy went around asking people if everything was ok and was also offering treats and moist towlettes. Very friendly and polite workers. A pleasant experience.

You have an awesome crews at the Glenlyon Parkway Location in Burnaby. This is the 2 time I have been here with my mom. Jashnpreet is awesome. Today I have personally witness how very attentive he is to the customers. He treats the place like a restaurant not just a fast food place. He checks on customers and asks if the food is to their liking and if they need anything to not hesitate approach him. Taranpreet is also awesome. This has definitely become one of my favourite location. Keep up the good work.

The male staff member working during this shift showed an unacceptably rude and unprofessional attitude toward customers. His behavior was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely out of place for someone representing a business. Instead of offering basic courtesy, he acted irritated and spoke to people in a way that made the environment uncomfortable.
No customer should be treated like they are an inconvenience for simply asking a question or expecting standard service. This level of attitude reflects extremely poor training and even worse personal conduct. If the management cares about their reputation, they seriously need to address his behavior immediately. Such treatment pushes people away and leaves a strongly negative impression of the entire establishment.
