This is the best A&W I have ever been in my life. Staffs were great. They offered help to clear the table for us, they came by and checked on us every 10 minutes. In the end, they even gave candies to our kids. It is super clean and family-friendly here too. 11/10, love this place

This week my mother visited your location for dine-in, and she shared her experience with me. She doesn’t know English very well, but she told me about a young boy with beautiful blue eyes who was very kind and patient while taking her order. By mistake, she gave him extra cash, but after she sat down at the table, he came back to return the money. At first, she was confused why he was giving her money back, but then he explained clearly by showing her the bill that she had given him an extra $10. Such honesty and professionalism really touched her. She told me how calm and respectful he was throughout the service. On behalf of my mother and myself, I want to sincerely appreciate this lovely boy and the excellent service at your restaurant. Thank you so much!

I have changed my review from 3 stars to five, this location has seen a a major improvement in cleanliness and I am happy to say this is my favorite A&W location. It's like a little cafe and great atmosphere especially at night time 😄

I went specifically because I wanted onion rings and was told they have none made and won’t be making more. It wasn’t near closing time so not sure what’s up with that. I ended up ordering a Teen Burger combo, food quality was good, still love the chilled glass for my drink. I don’t think it was worth $17 though, especially when I couldn’t get the side I wanted. The place was clean, moderately busy, music was a nice volume.

One of the best fast food experiences in Vancouver! Super customer minded. The server checked in on us every so often asking us how the food was. Food was made to order and everything was so good and they're open 24 hours! mini a&w lolipops for the win!

I visited A&W on Wednesday the 18th , and I was honestly blown away by how great everything was! The staff were super friendly and welcoming it really made the whole experience feel positive from the moment I walked in. The place was very clean, and the food came out fast and hot probably the quickest and freshest service I’ve ever had at any fast food place. Everything was delicious and just right. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Wow, this A&W location gives you service like an actual full restaurant. People come to your table and refill your coffee. I've never seen that at another fast food restaurant. They also have the All-Canadian breakfast all day with eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrown and pancakes, pretty much as good as any breakfast place and cheaper!
