FRIENDS & Family eat for FREE here..(my 3rd time witnessing it)..The rest of us wait for 10 min and get cold food...I had enough yesterday & cancelled my $18 order..They were shocked as to why I did this!...Not paying to wait while friends & family get FREE hot food fast!!! This place charges more than other locations...AVOID THIS PLACE...NOT UP TO THE A&W Standards..Went to Wendys instead!

This is hands down one of the best A&W locations we've ever been to! We always come here, and every single time, the staff treats us with so much kindness. Everyone working here always has a smile on their face, which makes the experience even better.
The food is always fresh, tasty, and served piping hot. What really stands out is their exceptional service—they always bring the food right to your table, and they never ask for tips. That level of care and hospitality is truly mind-blowing!

It used to be my favourite restaurant for burgers/snacks, not coming here anymore after today's visit. Kitchen crew was working on the broom and sweeping floor, upon noticing my order through the screen, she grabbed the buns and put them into the toast, without putting gloves on first or cleaning hands before that! While assembling my sandwich, another crew placed the buns on the kitchen's work deck without a liner.....

Horrible and lazy workers during late nights (3-5am). DOES NOT do there job making the burgers. I have waited 2 hours for a delivery and the delivery company said the restaurant is still preparing for the order. When i called to check on them several times they did not pickup.

We went in at 9pm for free kids meal. They were great! Food was fast and freshly made. There was a mistake with their orders and pickles were included in their burgers. I picked them out, but my kids could still taste it and wouldn't eat them... A&W gave them replacements!
My kids said it was the best kids meal ever and wants to come back tomorrow for more A&W!
Thanks for the generosity and it was a great opportunity for them to try something new.

Fries are consistently fresh. Really now after they changed them about a year ago. Tastier than average fast food burgers. Buddy burgers are great with the caramelized onions and soft buns (that holds it's form).
Best part is the service. Great attitude and friendly. Sometimes even come out to offer refills.
We come here every couple of weeks but today was free kids meal day for Halloween. They were really busy but the server was still really nice and patient with my kids.
