2024/03/29 11:50 pm After giving a 5-star rating in the past, I had a bad experience tonight when I went to pick up an order. The store's door was open, so I walked inside and waited. Then, a man of South Asian descent who was working there came over to me. I told him that I was there to pick up an order, and asked if I could use the washroom. He replied with a firm "No." I was not sure if I had heard him correctly, so I asked him to repeat himself. He said that I could not use the washroom and that I had to wait outside. It was disappointing to be treated this way, especially since they left the door open and it was their mistake. This kind of service is not a good way to keep customers. NOTE , The 2 starts are for the lady who work there. She was more polite than this person. 2024/03/29. Update: its 12:39am now (btw I've been waiting for over 37 mins ,yet.. I finished writing and iam still waiting for the food).

Please let me tell you about my experience with a certain staff member there named ishika. I left my wallet and jacket at the restaurant today. There was a lot of cash sitting in my wallet and all the typical items in a wallet. Ishika found the items and kept it in safe storage for me. I am so grateful she is a kind person that is guided by very good values. I tried to offer her a 50 dollars tip to show my appreciation and gratuity. She kindly declined and said to me the following. “Allen I just want to help from the kindness of my heart”.I couldn’t believe what I heard from her. The kindness she showed me is so rare today. This kind of person is special.Thank you Ishika for your kindness today.I wish you all the best, success and great health for you and family.

This location needs to retrain their staff. They don’t use any gloves. The service is extremely slow because they don’t have any processes in place or at least don’t follow them and I’ve seen one of the staff cracking the egg and using the egg shell to spread the yellow yolk and on top of that today my Egg sandwich had egg shell in it as well.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THROUGH DELIVERY APPS!!!! they will accept your order but never prepare it or deliver it. It has happened 2 times already, must be some kind of scam for them to keep the money that Uber/Doordash is giving them. Waste of my time and money. You should all be fired. What you’re doing is fraud.

Went in for a snack was kind of surprised at this this A&W it was very busy and looked disorganized.. lots of people waiting for there food orders.. took a long time to get our food.. A&W food is alway good.. it just wasn’t fast food here..
