This is absolutly the worst location for customer service, especially morning's. Never say hello, slam around and they obviously hate their jobs. I'll never go back to this unclean dump of an A&W again. Plenty of other options.

mobile ordered on the app today at noon. When I arrived and showed my receipt, the staff walked away and completely ignored me. I had to chase them multiple times before someone finally came over—only to ask what I ordered, as if I was trying to scam a free meal (despite clearly showing my receipt with my name and order on it). He then tossed the Teen Burger at me in a rude and unwelcoming manner.
Please retrain your staff on basic customer service and professionalism.
P.S. The Teen Burger was disappointing—tiny like a Buddy Burger, and the patty was extremely dry.

The food was delicious. The fries were hot and crispy. The onion rings were delicious and my burger tasted fresh. Also, the root beer was icy cold.

I think this is the most disappointing and frustrating experience with A&W. This store never accepts the offers from coupons, sometimes has no products, and the manager is never available to solve things or make the client happy. It is so close to my home, and so easy to access, but so sad every single dinner is such a total waste of energy!

It's better then most burgers from fast food joints. I'm a fan of the double mozza, I enjoy how they do their patties here. They have a self serve machine which is nice for those introverted days .
I haven't had a bad experience yet , if you want a and w and crave that double mozza sweet potato fries combo then you will be satisfied coming here ??
