Today(April 27,2024) I went to this store, to use Pappa wash room. It was so dirty because someone vomited in it. I went there after having permission from one of the staff member. That staff member was already knowing about such issue in wash room when i asked for such problem. I came out from this location without taking any food.It was really a very bad experience at such location.
This location suddenly stopped sell onion rings in 2024. Very disappointed with that decision.

Had a teen burger there and got a stomach bacterial infection. The hamburger was off.

Pathetic service. They workers very rude and very slow. I could see them just hovering around in the kitchen while orders were lining up ready to go.

The manager needs to take a course in customer relations. I had a similar experience as another reviewer where I had an issues with an order and was only offered the bare minimum to correct it - I took 3 items back and 1 had a bite taken from it, determined it was cold and another was over done. Only the over done item was replaced and my bite missing piece was returned. Manger tried to blame the crew but I have experienced the crew before and they are wonderful. I have also experienced this manager before, very argumentative in the past. In the end I asked for a refund for the last item and she took pleasure in the fact that she was returning me .75 instead of the full price of the item. It really isnt about the coins, it's the principle.
Always go to this A&W, just to have my lunch. Staff is always very friendly and today, even though they were really busy but i still got my order in less then minute. Thanks ?

Usually have a good experience here. Servers were very friendly, however my bun had a patch of blue/green mold on/in it. Other three burgers were fine. They apologized sincerely and profusely, replaced the burger and gave me free fries.
