I asked my burger with extra mayo. I did not get it. When i asked to tak with the manager. She started arguing with me and misbehaved very badly. Never recommend going there. I heard her fighting or arguing with her staff as well. I think her name was kuldeep

Cashier named kuldeep was working. She did not know how to treat the customer. I was there to order masala veggie burger but she spoke to me very rudely. She did not give my drink and started to give the orders. I waited for 10-15 min just for my drink. When i asked she very rudely pushed the drink towards me.

The tomato was literally smaller than a cookie and green. At first when i got it i couldn’t even see it and when the worker showed me. I was literally embarrassed for them. The burger had barely any sauce. The only thing that was good was the onion rings but they definitely cut back on the given amount. Never coming back to this location. It was $15 what a waste.
Edit: nvm I take it back the onion rings are not good either. The onions in the onion rings are ALSO GREEN.

We are regulars here for the breakfast and coffee. While service is always excellent, today service was outstanding. Thank you to the woman working the register this morning at 8:15 am!
Want to know which fast food place has the best coffee? It is here! And it is even better than many specialty coffee places. No bitterness, just a smooth flavour. I always enjoy my sausage and egger breakfast sandwich on English muffin, and my companions split a Canadian breakfast.
I do love this Food Court in the morning, with the central service stations to help you sort your garbage for recycling. My parents are so lucky to have such a nice place to go every morning. Skylights and giant floor to ceiling two story windows, and a great place to meet your neighbours and go for a walk.
It is going to be a terrible blow to the community when they destroy this mall to make way for residential towers and force people to the streets. This is the best place in all kinds of weather for seniors and everyone else to walk in a safe and climate stable environment. They can get their shopping done so conveniently and live as pedestrians and not motorists day to day, enjoying their freedom without having to renew their drivers’ licenses.

My friend ordered some food including fries but when she picked it up the fries were missing. We decided to not bring it up because they did not offer us a receipt and had no proof. We ordered fries separately but they seemed they were already made before. Likely our previous order.
There is no single sing that says we can't get a refill drink, but still, they refused to do it

Generally I don’t give reviews but today during afternoon rush hour, there was this cashier Paril who helped me out with choosing the burger as I was stressed and confused. She was so cheerful and talked to me with smile which I have not seen with A&W employees. Seeing an Indian they don’t even bother to look properly to take order. I really felt good. Good luck to you and thanks for making my day

Food was cold. I asked the lady at the front to make my food fresh. She told me i will take 10 minutes and when we got our food that was not fresh and cold. Pathetic customer service. I have gone to many A&W but this one is so pathetic
