I came back from my work around 10 :30pm and I was exhausted and a guy working at the drive through named (ARSH) if I'm not wrong, was very nice and gave me wonderful customer service. I ordered 2 teen burgers, 2 beyond burger combos he took my order very politely and patiently, he really made my day , THANKYOU A&W TEAM, I really appreciate that, keep up the good work ☺️

I did not know this, but will avoid this place next Halloween. They offered a kids meal for free. But, they had limited options for kids. So, if your kid doesn't want to eat beef, you are out of luck.
They had one girl manning the front counter, and they were swamped to say the least. People were lined out the door. We were fourth in line, but didn't think, being 4th in line would take 20 minutes to wait for your order. We also ordered adult meals but literally it was such a gong show. They literally run out of food. And drinks. Couldn't order nuggets. Onion rings or chicken tenders were gone. I was lucky, I got the Masala burger (wowza, that was a spicy burger!).
Next time... management needs to have two extra bodies. One in the back and one in the front. I just drop a bunch of fries and burgers if you know that's all you are having!?

Went through the drive-thru and the cashier was barely audible and spoke with an accent too heavy to discern. They were unable to comprehend a simple order and I ended up with the wrong items in the bag.
I had the misfortune of ordering from A&W through Uber Eats, and it was a complete disaster. The food arrived cold, as if it had been sitting out for while. The fries were dry and lacking any seasoning—just sad and tasteless. To top it off, there was no ketchup included, which is basic, and I also didn’t receive a drink from my combo. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and get this level of neglect. I won't be ordering from A&W again anytime soon.

This place is kind of a fun, 80's & 90's throwback. You don't see too many standalone A&W restaurants with a huge parking lot in the city anymore. Better enjoy it while you can, 'cause I have no idea how this place hasn't been turned into condos yet. There's a 24 hour drive through, but take the time to eat in, sit in a booth, and enjoy those frosty glass mugs of rootbeer.
