I have went to this a&w a few times before and generally the service is pretty good. However, this time when I was there with my husband, the middle aged lady taking orders was not nice at all. She was rude to us when we took a bit of time to order, and then proceeded to give us dirty looks as we ate our food. Not to mention , there was also gravy dumped all over the bottom of the bag. When my husband asked for napkins nicely to clean up the gravy, she huffed and rolled her eyes before giving us some. If you're going to choose to work in customer service, at least have a better attitude and be more respectful to customers.

Good location and the food comes fast all the time.
I would like to commend Simran, Manpreet and Jaspreet for doing the great job for us. We order breakfast pancake knowing it’s already past 11:30am and still Simran cater our order by suggesting what we can get from the store. I like her smile while she’s taking our order and very welcoming. Continue your good service and high five to the team 😊
