We were in a pinch and last minute realized we did not order Samosa for our event. We called them and were able to order 200 and they were ready for pick up in 207th minutes fresh and hot. Called back and hour and a half later and ordered another 300. They never batted an eye and fulfilled our order with ease. They have definitely won our business ! I highly recommend

This morning I went to Agra sweets to pick up my breakfast, no issues with food but I witnessed one of the staff cleaning some spillage with BARE HANDS WITH THE HELP OF TISSUE PAPER,, NO GLOVES 𧀠NOTHING THEN HE WENT BEHIND THE COUNTER STARTED TOUCHING THE CASH MACHINE WITHOUT USING HAND SANITIZER AND I DID CONFRONTED HIM RESPECTFULLY, PEOPLE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND NO ONE PICKS ON YOU BECAUSE OF YOUR ETHNICITY,, PEOPLE PICK ON US BECAUSE OUR WORK ETHICS AND IM SURE THIS IS NOT HIS FIRST TIME, I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER , AND HEADS UP TO OTHERS ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½

Absolutely worst place to go to since the new ownership.
We ordered shahi paneer for takeout and drove 15 minute to pick up and when we came home and tried it it was so salty that you could barely eat one bite. Called the store to let them know so the next customer doesn't suffer and they go okay. At no point did they take the initiative to say come back we will make you a new one or next time you visit we will compensate you. Just the typical desi restaurant customer service π.
On a second instance its our go to place to buy samosas and even if you get 10 samosas they only give you one mini chutney with it. Like seriously. So basically 3-4 drops per samosas eh and when you ask for more they want you to pay $1.50 for another one of the same size. Like make it make sense. Even if you go to some casual dhabbas in India they give you big bottles of chutney and never bicker like this.
Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Go an extra mile to go somewhere else and maybe thats how these type of restaurants will learn.

Got some aloo tikkis today with chaat papri. Chaat papri was good. Aloo tikki were stale and solid like a rock. These guys shouldnt sell old food. As usual , some indian sweet shops tryna save money by selling old food. Second time i came here and got disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with my purchase. The rasgullas I bought had hair in themβabsolutely unacceptable and extremely unhygienic. It was a disgusting experience and far below the cleanliness standards expected in Canada. I genuinely wish there were an option to give zero stars. Cleanliness and quality control clearly need serious attention.

These guys are scammers never give proper itemized receipts and charges more for sweets never really made a single effort in giving fair quantity I think they do not even pay taxes. Recently bought sweets they charged me 30 dollars for one box no receipt given and they do not weigh in front of u they do it so quickly so u do not notice. Pls ban this shop or make a complaint to the authorities if they do not give proper itemized receipts.Even if u ask for receipt they give some paper which says item 1 item 2 scammers. They got away so many years because no one report them to authorities. We ppl know how much the sweet cost back in India also can say that if they know the person personally they are charging correctly beware they will rip u off by giving u very less for what u pay. Ask clearly for receipts with name of the item clearly mentioned the guy in the front will try to give you old batch of sweets be sure to ask for fresh ones. Literally they are charging 1 to 2 dollars per piece bunch of scammers running the place. One time had a chance to see the oil they use for frying samosa or anything it's black in color it's palm oil or something used endlessly for 50 times or more old oil without caring about customers this will cause cancer. Boycott this unhygienic scammer place if your health is your priority.
The samosas are very nice and other salty snacks. I do not recommend buying sweets from her as they use expired condensed milk and fungus khoya in their sweets. Not being healthy at all can be risky. Personal experience.
