I came here for lunch with a friend the other day- who knew mall food could be so good? Treat yourself to a freshly fried delight with delectable gooey cheese. The fries were hot out of the fryer and very delicious too- it's a bit pricey, but overall we thought it was worth it!

I had the coolest experience here today. I am from nvan and came to metro town randomly. Walked in from an entrance I never usually go through to find the Philly cheesesteaks still exists ! Omgosh this place should have more ratings than what is said ! The chef here thrives to get the best quality meat out….Rib eyes for phillys and I had the most melt in your mouth lobster shrimp po boy today. He was knowledgeable and his bubbly attitude put a smile on my face ! My fiancé and I will definitely be coming here more often!!! Great food, great service, great atmosphere !!!!

Definitely The American Cheesesteak it’s no longer the one we felt in love, now it’s more Asian American Cheesesteak, service is poor, no one smiles, food downloaded the level, will no longer back there.

I wish they said they out mayonnaise in the sandwiches as I don’t eat that normally. Where’s the cheese in the cheesesteak?

Just placed an order on hungry panda. The employee didn’t have her machine on… I waited over 10 mins before she finally told me it didn’t go through. Worst service.

Two things are important about food service: how good it tastes and how much they serve you. This place checks both with full marks, it's a must go if you're ever in Metrotown. The atmosphere is classy and chill, the best view from any Eatery in the mall and the delicious sandwiches will make your day. Also they're not that expensive compared to other joints at Metrotown.

Absolutely the worst ice cream Ive had in my life. I chose pistachio and it tasted like rubber. It had NOTHING to do with pistachio or whatsoever. PLEASE STAY AWAY! No wonder they don’t let you try samples because NO ONE in their right mind will order these. I honestly think they taste so bad that they might be expired lol…

Located beside Hell Crust (former Fresh Slice) underneath Cineplex in Metrotown. Plenty of parking as it is inside the mall - has about 5 tables from what I can recall. You can hear the music from the mall , however i don't believe they had any of their own tunes playing. You can easily have a conversation here. However, because of the small seating/eating area, you will sometimes have other customers staring you down to leave so they can take your table. It's a busy mall I get it, but please don't be the person staring others down.Service was okay, nothing special, they greet you and you order , followed by waiting for them to call your order number.Ordered the Cowboy - with the fries and drink add on to make it a combo - and found it to be on the pricier end of things. After taxes and "Tip" it was nearly $25. Some may say that is average , it's in the mall , rising costs and such, which I understand. But I just didn't feel like the portion or quality measured up.Fries were okay , tasted like Kirkland Costco fries - nice crisp - however seasoned poorly as some pieces were way to salty , while others just tasted like a plain potato. The cowboy mentioned crispy onions - did not taste any of that - Spicy BBQ sauce was on the sweeter side. - the bun was pretty dry - and the fillings were lifted , and wasn't actually enough to fill the entire sandwich. Can of mountain dew - well it was a canned drink so it was fine.As there is tons of other food options in the mall - i will unlikely visit this one again. Hope everyone else has a better experience , if you decide to give it a go.

They don't use local ingredients- you can see the craft services containers from major corporations.
