Been going there before he moved to the new place. Since around 1990-93. So 35 years. One of the best restaurants in Canada. For more than one reason. For one, among many reasons, consistency. Unbelievable consistency. If you had a dish 20 or 30 years ago you liked, it will still be the same today. Wine, love their choice in house whites. Their bread, I could stuff myself on just the bread...lol Deserts. Best tiramisu outside of Italy. Many reasons. No rush dining, courteous friendly staff, professional service/waitresses etc etc. Believe it or not, when I fly into Vancouver I make a bee-line there. I forgot my tiramisu last time before I left they had a new one waiting for me months later...lol

Food was definitely quite good... It's not where it used to be Pre Covid but still excellent for these days. The Chicken Parmesan was delicious... The Bellinis were honest pours ... Friends had the Creole and the Pesto pastas and were still amazing... The value over all is still there despite the increase in prices that's hit all of us these past few years... I love coming here and will definitely be back

Anton's - King of massive portions Mediocre Pasta
I ordered the Vongole with Clams. Costed 30 Bucks. It was decent. Nothing spectacular. Sauce was a little too thin, runny. Adequate amount of clams.
Spaghetti Factory has a better Vongole. & they give complimentary bread.
I came in about 4:30 early evening so got seat no problem. Why do people line up here waiting an hour to get in ? Becuz of the Big portions.
Back in the day they could have made a Seinfeld episode about the gang lining up for an hour for them to only find out the pasta was just Meh.
I only finished 2/3 of my pasta so no pen for me.

Haven't been here in about 15 years because I don't live or work in the area anymore. The prices have gone up as to be expected. The food is still great. The portions are still extra large. I think the prices are keeping people from making it a regular lunch spot because it wasn't as busy as it used to be. So, it's great if you can afford it. My lunch is giving me 3 meals. I just wish it was served in a bowl instead of a plate so the food would stay hot a little longer.

Amir provided exceptional service, truly the best server I’ve ever had in my life. His friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests set him apart. He consistently checked in, made sure everything was perfect, and created an amazing dining experience. Anton’s Pasta is lucky to have someone like him.

Amir is honestly on another level. I’ve never had a server like him in my life. He genuinely cares about his customers, super friendly, and always makes sure everything is perfect. Anton’s Pasta is great, but Amir makes the whole experience unforgettable. Easily the best service I’ve ever had.

Huge portions.
Waiting in the cold is for table is not fun .
I tried Anton’s penne white pasta . It’s not bad , but not the best as well. I tried their bread, it’s amazing. I will go again to get the bread.

Food is good. I tried the Fettuccine Alfredo since I saw a lot of good things about it, in my personal opinion, it was not wow, it was just average

Get there before open, or be prepared to wait in line to be seated. The wait is always worth the food!! All freshly made, homemade pasta and sauces! Definitely a must visit when in the area

Large portion. A little taken aback with the $20 per person minimum even for lunch and kids. Fortunately our server did not enforced it. Still, we ordered more than we need because of the requirement. Would have been more enjoyable if we did not have to keep thinking we did not order enough.
