Went there for the first time and it was amazing, food was fantastic, service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. Very friendly staff there who answered some questions we had, plus explained to us fully how to use the tablet to order our food. One thing that was interesting was the robot they had to bring some of our food and it talks which I have never seen before. Thank you for the wonderful service and will definitely be coming back.

Terrible service, was seated given water not even asked if I wanted to order drinks. “Server” never returned to our table. There was only 3 other tables with people in the whole restaurant. Waited around for 20 minutes and just left, don’t waste your time here.

I reviwed this place 5 stars, but recently visited it and they said they couldn't take us in. Didn't mention anything to do with wait times. Just refused service.

It was super embarrassing as I spoke highly about this with my friend. It was an older lady with glasses. I looked around the restaurant and there were so many free tables. They could of cleaned it up and sat us down. If you can't work the pressure don't be rude and send us away.

I’m here to share my disappointment. I enjoy Korean BBQ, especially marinated pork collar, but the one I had here was far from what I expected. It wasn’t marinated properly, and there was no flavor at all. If I had known it would be like this, I would have ordered pork belly instead.

I paid $29.50 for one portion, and it felt like a complete waste. The taste was so unpleasant that I couldn’t even finish it. I will not be returning to this place. Honestly, as a Korean, I found it embarrassing.

Food and service were great! Booth seating was quite cramped for 4 people.

We opted for the “all-you-can-eat” menu at $50 per person, and the food was good/decent. Since we were a group of 12, we initially booked a party room, but for some reason, they didn’t allow the all-you-can-eat option inside the party room, even though all of us chose it. As a result, we had to sit outside, split into three separate groups. That was the only part of the experience I didn’t like or understand.

Enjoyed lunch special. I had beef bulgogi and mixed tofu with noodles. Lots of different seafood and meat in dish. Friend had kimchi noodles and chicken bulgogi. All good especially the beef

I was very excited to have AYCE dinner here but I was let down with the experience. The quality of their raw meats was decent, but I found a lot of their dishes too greasy. I was mostly disappointed by the service which was abysmally slow. We received a few items (all cooked items) of our first round of orders within 15 minutes, but we waited an additional 35 minutes waiting for the raw meats to come. I was fed up waiting so I placed a second round of orders and only then did the remaining of our first order come out with the second order. I cannot think of any reasonable explanation for why raw pre-cut meats would be served with such a delay. It felt like they unfairly cut into our 2 hour time limit. We were only a table of two people, so it’s not like we had huge orders. Unfortunately, the wait made my experience bitter and I wouldn’t return or recommend the AYCE option.

We had AYCE dinner, and it was disappointing. The japchae and fried rice felt and tasted like it was a few days old. It was super dry and dehydrated already. It was the same with the cooked dishes. The corn and cheese had only a few sprinkles of cheese and the corn was dry. The rest of the meat was average at best. I had high hopes for this one especially as we live so close by. When we told the server about the food, she couldn't give us anything new because nothing new was being prepped in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we will not be dining again.

The hotpot at this store is too sweet and has no meat, but it costs over $50. It doesn't taste good.

Would have given 1 star if they didn't cancel our orders. We were supposed to eat dinner at pho right beside them but when we saw this place, we decided to go for some Korean food. We were excited to try their food but it was just a bad experience for us. When we received our orders, I already smelled something awful, i thought it was just the meat in our soup because sometimes meat smells bad if they're not properly prepared or cook so I let the meat cook in the hot soup before eating it.

As time passed, I still noticed the awful smell so I tasted my son's order which was a pork belly fried rice. First taste, my impression was rice is too sticky or soggy. I thought it was just how Koreans cook their rice so I didn't bother. But I noticed my son wasn't eating his food and was eating his brother's food instead. So I tasted it again and this time, I smelled the food as well. The rice was spoiled. You can't tell right away that the rice is spoiled especially if there are lots of sauce mixed because it hides the smell and taste but this one really smelled awful.

I'm writing this review now at 12 midnight because my son, who had the kimchi fried rice that ate almost half of the plate until we told him to stop, is having diarrhea. I wouldn't have written this if he didn't get food poisoned.

I'm just so pissed off right now especially when I remembered what the waitress told us, that the rice is new. Manager didn't even bother to show up when we complained about the kimchi fried rice as well. Maybe she knew it was really spoiled when she smelled it.

5 of us went on a weeknight for the AYCE. Not many people there but service was still slow. We ordered 3 rounds but every time there was either a dish missing or the portion was inconsistent. ALSO they tried charging us for 7 people when we only had 5.
