Excellent customer service! We were seated right away and our server was fantastic. The truffle tenderloin and featured lamb collar were sooooo delicious! Too bad we didn't have room for dessert, the portions were more than enough for us.

Another stellar dinner at Atlas. Our steaks were amazing our cocktails & wine pairing was perfect. And the bonus for me, is the waft of the wood burning Josper oven. Love a good campfire! This is one of our favourite restaurants that we return to over & over.

We came here for a birthday dinner and did not have a great experience . This was mostly due to our server . She was very rude and her timing was off for everything . Our plates were taken while we were basically still eating (which felt rushed) and then when we were ready to order mains, she was nowhere to be found ; it took over 20 minutes to order . She was very short with us and didn't even ask if we were celebrating anything or how we were (even though it was noted in the reservation). Her demeanor made it seem like she did not want to be there and it definitely made our experience disappointing. Which was a pity, because the food is good. The sea bass is such a delicious dish. Proof that good servers are very important for a restaurant...

I went there recently and it was for a birthday occasion. I indicated when making the reservation that it was a birthday. Anyways, we got the booth (as requested) which was great. We ordered the side table Caesar salad. We expected the server to make the salad infront of us. Instead the salad was already made and served to us. A little disappointed about that. When our main entree arrived it took a while before the server to check on us to see how the food was tasting. When we finished the food, I was hoping that because it was a birthday celebration that there would be a dessert. But when the server came and asked “would you like to order dessert” I was surprised that for a birthday occasion that there was nothing. I know from personal experience that Atlas did give birthday dessert. Perhaps that has changed. Honestly the food was great. But this particular server that we had, I felt like wasn't paying attention much.

Excellent service, food and atmosphere. We love the live piano music. I would have given a 5 star on the food. I would have given a 5 but the Burnaby location no longer had Oysters Rockefeller on the menu; hopefully they will bring it back.

Our dining experience was as expected, while we celebrated a wedding anniversary, and were treated special. Quinn was attentive, professional and courteous. Thanks.

Food was great and I've always had great service except this time. The server for our table this time seemed very impatient from the very beginning. She tried to remove a plate of oyster from our table while my friend was trying to grab the last one. One of my friend's daughter was asking about how much pop cost and the server replied she can check the menu herself, also with an annoyed and impatient tone.
