The service was excellent — our server was very attentive, and the ambience and décor were amazing. The only downside was that the seafood, especially the lobster tail, was a bit too salty and heavily seasoned. It masked the natural sweetness of the lobster, and even with lemon, it was still quite salty. We ended up feeling pretty thirsty afterwards, which showed with how often our water was refilled. Hopefully, this can be adjusted a bit in preparation — everything else was wonderful!
We were sat at the back wall of the restaurant. It was extremely cold and uncomfortable sitting there.
Kim was the best server ever! So kind and attentive. Helped us with personalized food and drink choices.
The server was nice but we are not satisfied the way she served us. She's always in a hurry and keeps forgetting things. We waited for 30mins for one of our appetizers cause she forgot to ring it I guess. Pork chop was burned and dry cause maybe it was sitting there for a while since they forgot our appetizers. Mussels and clams are tasty but I found like 4 un opened mussels which is not good. Mushroom risotto and home made bread was exceptional
We used to be frequent customers of Atlas Burnaby. The food was only fair this time around when in the past it has alwas been very good. The chicken dish was a smaller portion that it used to be. The gravy and mashed potatos were too salty. The spaghettini and the risotto were very salty. The steak was good, the Caesar salad was good. We were celebrating some birthdays and did not want to spoil the mood is why we did not complain. The service was good.
Bought a Tomahawk steak to share. Both left hungry because the steak was 60% fat, hardly any meat. Paid a lot and felt a little ripped off
Incredibly flavorful. Tender steaks. Delicious sides. Lovely meal in every way. A bit pricy, but no complaints considering the quality.

The food and presentation is outstanding! The salad-making at the table is interesting, and the highlight is the dessert!! Make sure you order the Baked Alaska that they will enflame right at the tableside! We are regular diners at ATLAS, and have always enjoyed good service from them. An individual that we would like to single out is ANTEA who is an outgoing, bubbly personality who can make anyone feel right at home! Her service, humor, and personal attention is out of this world! We have been lucky to have her serve us numerous times and we have left very happy every time. She deserves a Bravo Award for Service. When we came yesterday we were given a table that wasn't one of hers, and we were quite disappointed. But the disappointment was short lived! At the end of the evening we were very happy to be served by HENRY X. A very charming gentleman, also with a good humor and service. He deserves accolades too. And ANTEA was also showing her personality every time she passed our table and talked to us. Rest assured we will keep coming back to ATLAS for special occasion dinners, and bring more guests with us!!
If you're looking to unwind and enjoy a delicious selection of steak and fish, Atlas is your spot. Superb service, delicious food and selection of starters. I had the Crab & Lobster Risotto, I was pleasantly pleased with the array of flavours which neither out-powered eachother. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of elegance and class, yet down to earth feeling that this restaurant offers.
Top notch! Appetizers and cowboy steak were incredible. One of the best meals I've ever had. Server was super friendly and prompt. Atlas is a top tier establishment

I always enjoy bringing my customers to Atlas for dinner, food is great and the service is excellent.
Rather disappointing. i have been many times before, but it has been a few years. The steak (Rib Eye) was cooked well but over spiced and sat on a plate of over spiced chimichurri, salads (Caesar and Wedge) were bland, pork chop was perfect, Brussel sprouts were way overcooked and mashed into a small bowl. Price for 4 was $500. Better value at Hy's or many others.
Excellent experience returning to Atlas. Our server Quinn was very helpful and attentive. I was celebrating an early birthday and my first and i were surprised the quality of dishes still kept after COVID. Will be returning soon.
We had a wonderful birthday meal for my aunt here yesterday! Hostess was fast to seat us. Server checked on us often although they were very busy. Food was delicious!
Excellent customer service! We were seated right away and our server was fantastic. The truffle tenderloin and featured lamb collar were sooooo delicious! Too bad we didn't have room for dessert, the portions were more than enough for us.
