I loved the experience. The ambiance was soo good. Food was delicious. The staff was very friendly. I had my best experience ever dinning -in at any restaurant ever. I would recommend anyone looking to have a taste of Italian food should definitely check out the Baci Ristorante. And this is coming from someone who never had a chance to taste the real Italian food before I had an opportunity to come to Baci Ristorante.

We went to Baci’s yesterday as my wife’s lasagna was a bit warm. We let them know and they heated it up no big deal. They then brought out a tiramisu and ice cream for my son after dinner for the inconvenience.. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to write a review for the exceptional service! What they did wasn’t necessary but appreciated and the service all around was amazing. Good service is actually hard to come by now so I wanted to recognize that. Keep it up as we will continue to support!

I’m an out-of-town visitor and ordered nine items, including two orders of spaghetti and meatballs. With the restaurant’s “a taste of Italy” tagline, I was really hoping for the best. Unfortunately, the meatballs were very disappointing. They didn’t taste meaty, and the texture didn’t resemble meat at all. It felt like there was a very high ratio of breadcrumbs, making them soft and mushy instead of flavourful and hearty. The pasta portion, on the other hand, was generous, which I appreciate. It seems there’s more emphasis on quantity, but I wish there were more focus on the quality and taste of the meatballs. I was excited to try this place but ended up pretty disappointed.

n exceptional neighborhood gem that feels both refined and warmly familiar. The food was outstanding authentic, flavorful, and consistent, as if it came straight from Nonna’s kitchen. Service was impeccable: attentive, kind, and professional without feeling stiff. The space strikes a perfect balance between cozy and upscale, with a clean, polished ambiance. And the dessert absolutely exceptional the perfect finish to a truly memorable meal. Highly recommend.

Best Italian in Vancouver. Was recommended by a friend that lived by. It was our first time here. Our server was so funny. Able to crack jokes with us. Felt like dinner at Nonno's house. We had a cozy spot by the window. Def recommend the pinot Grigio Campagnolo. Every salad, pasta dish, tiramisu was great. Oh! And the bread! Had to get some more. Portions are a good size. Left no crumbs behind. We will be back again :)

Lunch at Baci is one of Burnaby's best kept secrets! From the free parking behind the restaurant, to the food, to the Baci team, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent place for a team lunch too! You can actually hear each other across the table and there are menu options for every palate. Love it.
