I visited this place today September 23 and the chicken I was served was so dried and bitter because they burned it. The pieces where so small I doesn't look fresh at all, very poor quality.

Also why are the servers sitting on the floor. They moved from there to help the customer and them go back to sit on the floor. Maybe a pair of chairs will be useful for them.

I visited on Aug 8th evening around 5 pm and was deeply disappointed with the quality of the food. While the rice was cooked perfectly, the chicken I was served was not only old but also overcooked to the point of being dry and tough. It lacked moisture, making it nearly inedible, and the flavor was bland, indicating that the chicken had been sitting out for a while before it was served. A restaurant should prioritize fresh ingredients and proper cooking techniques, but unfortunately, this meal failed on both counts. I hope they improve their quality control, as this experience was far from enjoyable.

Food was shockingly bland for Veri Peri. I've eaten Barcelos enough times from Market Crossing, North Vancouver and South Africa to know what to expect. The lady working there was also hopeless in trying to find a solution. She insisted I come back on Monday when the owner was there. I finished the meal with some Nandos sauce. As a South African, I feel this location should be shut down

They are very friendly and polite. I love buying food from them. If there are any requests that we ask for, they try to be as accommodating as possible. The food is wonderful too! Absolutely LOVE the chicken and their rice. Definitely the Peri Fries. I also tried the cauli bites recently. They're sooo good!

Got myself a Peri Chicken Caesar Pita with 1 side of yams fries. Chicken was tender and everything was so delicious. We came after lunch time in a Saturday, there was no line up but the kitchen was busy. Great Customer Service.
