The food is really really good believe me,however in service they could definitely be better.in fact there was on employees stuck talking literally about life with a customer instead of finishing the couple other orders they had first,the cashier was just waiting and there was another guy also just basically hanging out,it would be nice they focus mainly on customers first and having a fast service.

I dunno the beef is basically jerky, drier than a box of cat litter. I don’t get why the plate is sold with potatoes either, where is the pita bread? Al Basha used to be good.

Me and my husband got food poisoning and the staff wasn't very friendly... however the food was delicious! There were tables nearby to sit and eat. We recommend the mix meat plate.

Ordered mix platter from uber eats. On the menu it says it comes with garlic potatoes. I received the order without garlic potatoes. It was very disappointing to see incomplete order. I stayed in hotel so I ordered utensils too. Got no napkins and utensils.

The staff is usually rushing and my order has been incorrect both times. The sauces has absolutely no flavour. The tahini sauce was literally water. The potatoes were bland as well. It's just boring and the portions are small as well. I will not be returning. There are other better options at the mall.

The food is not like the pictures. We paid a full plate with lamb and we were given a plate full of rice and just 2 little skewers when on the picture shows a big amount of lamb. It shows balance. Very very disapointes to pay just for rice

Small portion and nobody use gloves that’s the main thing that piss me off 🤬 I still have diarrhoea 🤮🤮🤢👎👎 I don’t know if there any manager or chief, but they really need to take care of it

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! I went for a chicken shawarma. waited for at least 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes they ask me what sauce i want, there i came to knows that they have made a plater for me. I told that i wanted a shawarma. Anyways, in order to not waste the food i agreed to take the plater. when paying they should at least charge me for shawarma not for platter as a curtesy, they charged me for platter. Moreover, the food is very tasteless. On the plate there was a pile of creamy sauces and rice, I don't eat rice or cream. I was left to eat some pieces of chicken and a little bit of cabbage. I paid $16 and I had nothing to eat for my lunch.
