About what you'd expect for being inside a fitness center. The loafs are what you'd get in a zillion other places and the flat white I had was below par and lukewarm. Fine for when you are stuck in the building for awhile, but don't feel the need to go out of your way.

Tastes like Tim Hortons, but for twice the price

Quick service and decent coffee/breakfast options. Avocado and egg sandwich was tasty and filling.

If you like a real strong coffee I would pass.
Ordered a small americano and it was soo watery. Otherwise looks like your standard coffee shop with a selection of sandwiches, pastries and drinks. Nothing that stands out.
Service was courteous.

Latte was extremely watery, weird flavour , trying to see what brand of coffee they use, at any rate won’t spend my $ here again

Solid spot in the sports complex, great to meet up with other people doing activities or to grab something while you or your loved ones are using the facility.

The black coffee is not drinkable! You should focus on the quality of the product as much as you focus on the atmosphere

Unexpected gem for a cafe in a community centre. The vibe is on point for a feeling of something classic from the decor, taste of coffee to the smooth jazz music.

Nice to have this available in a sport centre. Noisy and busy. Carrot cake was terrible.

Do not get a matcha latte from here. It was hot milk. They need to revise their ratios. 7$ hot milk. Ugh.However, they do have gluten free offerings and that was lovely. The dacaron was delicious. My partners cold brew was also good.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free sweets

Three stars for this coffee shop. While the food offerings like the chicken pesto sandwich, lemon loaf, and cappuccino were just average, nothing particularly wowed me. The lukewarm cappuccino was a bit of a letdown, and the self-service pickup system could use some improvement—I almost missed my sandwich sitting on the counter. On the bright side, the place has a cozy atmosphere with stylish furniture, fitting well into the community vibe it aims for. Plus, the spacious layout and large tables make it a great spot for group gatherings. However, the parking situation can be a hassle. Although there's a lot in front of the community center, it tends to be busy, so be prepared to circle around to find a spot. Overall, it's a decent place to hang out, but don't expect to be blown away by the food or service.

The sandwiches and coffee are all good, including the mocha made with Thomas Hass chocolate, which is delicious and has an adult taste.

Parking: Shared free parking with community center.
