The 28 dollar 3 in 1 combo is a trick. The menu doesn't say it's 9 pieces. 28 dollars for only 9 pieces and such small pieces of chicken is not worth it. Advertised as a limited value deal but this is one of the most expensive and small amount of chicken I have ever had. Would not recommend at all.

Disappointed :( I’m a big fan of BBQ, but this order really let me down. I ordered the Caribbean chicken, which I’ve had before at the downtown location, and it was great there. This time, the sauce wasn’t applied evenly, so some pieces were super salty while others just tasted like plain fried chicken. If the company has a standard, why is this location doing it differently? Hope they can improve :)

i’ll give zero if i can 🤭bad service and bad food, we ordered a non spicy chicken but they gave us like level 2 spicy chicken I called the store spoke to a lady and told her the issue and had me talk to the manager Sean who is super rude and doesn’t want to address the issue, he was super angry LOL, why is he a manager lol i told him will return the chicken and get a refund he said no and asked me to not come back looool he hung up and was still not over it lol he was cursing this time but we recorded the phone call and will report him to his boss 🤭
Loooll the reply is from Sean himself so obvs🤣🤣🤣 its ok i submitted the recording to head office stop trying to save yourself, a good manager would have been able to resolve the issue professionally, maybe you should listen first instead of saying we are wasting your time, maybe you should be trained again LOL if you are not happy with your job quit dont bring that energy to work 🤪
Lol you as an owner dont even look at the menu🤣 spicyness said 0.5 on your menu and you are saying 1.5 Lol how is it my fault when I am not the one who prepared🤣🤣🤣 i don’t remember cooking my own order, i was willing to go back and bring the spicy chicken that i didn’t not order but your incompetent manager said its a waste of time, incompetent owner with incompetent staff no wonder 🤭 i will still rate your store zero 🫠
Insanely small portions for $30. 9 nugget pieces of chicken no bigger than McDonald's nuggets. Normally I don't leave reviews unless I truly feel ripped off and this is one of those times.
The menu picture didn't say 9 piece, or nuggets, but had a misleading picture. Buyer beware.
Chiko or any other place is better, strongly suggest you go there instead.
