I can’t forget how bad the chicken was. It changed my view of Korean chicken. It was not like their marking photo. No crispy skin. Just oily. Pour some sauce on top and some cheese powder on top and sell it as a different taste chicken. Is all just one type of chicken . Food in Vancover is expensive is not cheap. They should do much much better than this

Other bbq locations are great, I ordered delivery from here (1.2lb boneless) and the portion looked so small I ended up weighing it. Weight including the box was only 395g so in reality instead of 1.2lbs I got less than .9lbs. Additionally like everyone else mentions, the sauce wasn’t well applied half the chicken was just plain.

I placed a pickup order through UberEats and discovered that the prices were significantly higher than the in-store prices. When I asked the staff to cancel the order—since the UberEats app wouldn’t allow me to cancel on my end—they refused to help. As a result, I ended up paying an extra $5 per item. This is completely unacceptable. It feels like customers are being charged additional costs without any notice or transparency.

It is supposed to be a soy garlic, but look how much sauce they put it here. It is not even 40% covered. Every other BB.Q locations provide it with full covered, even dripping sauces.
And also, look at 3rd and 4th picture. 3rd one is the one they use for the ads, and 4th one is the one I actually got. They always advertise like extraordinary flaky fried chicken or something, and what they are selling is absolutely not the one they says they do. This is ridiculous
i order a $19 ross dukk-bokki and it was so mid I had very little sausage and quite a lot of onion, if u want korean food there’s better places, btw they don’t have a place to sit so have to go outside and search where to sit

The 28 dollar 3 in 1 combo is a trick. The menu doesn't say it's 9 pieces. 28 dollars for only 9 pieces and such small pieces of chicken is not worth it. Advertised as a limited value deal but this is one of the most expensive and small amount of chicken I have ever had. Would not recommend at all.
