Oh, how the mighty have fallen! Been buying Bella since they had 4 locations. With only one location in Burnaby now, I don’t buy as often. Just picked up two of my favorites and very disappointed. Small dough ball, thin crust and less toppings hidden by cheese. With so many other options out there, I’ll be looking elsewhere. ?

Our regular go-to pizza joint closed early so we ordered via Uber and chose the Masterpiece and a vegetarian pizza on regular crust. Not worth the price at all, he crust is so bland and the cheese is sooooo cheap. I never like leaving negative feedback but I'm so disappointed in the quality for the price point.

Ordered delivery. Selected a regular crust but got a thin crust that was unexpectedly whole wheat. Expected a more doughy crust (like back in the day when they were in the West End) but got a hard crust. Topping dried up. Didn't get the dough ball in the middle like in the photos.Caesar Salad had a lot of romaine lettuce leaves with very visible rust coloration at the stem end. Had to pick those out. Surprised they included those.
