One of the staff working this evening, answered the phone promptly and was able to make helpful accommodations and suggestions, specifically for non-dairy options. I got a hot oolong with brown sugar pearls. The tea could have had probably had more oat milk, especially since I still paid extra, but the temperature was perfect and it was already a BOGO special. I would order again.

Placed an order in uber eats and cancel immediately in 20 second but still fully charged me. And they said they already started preparing my order. It’s good to know that they earned the money for the whole order without doing anything but just a click on accepting order.👍 Such a scam

The Coffee Milk Tea is my go to drink. But out of the local tea shops, Bengong's has the most eastern flavours. With the Mango Pomelo being my wife's favorite. Has a few indoor tables and one small one outdoors for sitting too.

Ben Gong at Grimmer was one of the best places to get bbt for their unique taste. It’s been awhile since I’ve ordered, however these couple times I came back to order $9 drinks. I was very disappointed, the drinks had a 90%milk taste, very little tea taste. It wasn’t like this before. I see another person commenting the same thing as well.

We ordered a “Phoenix Tea” which was on their featured menu and it was basically just milk. 3 of us ordered bubble tea here and it was $8 each for plain milk. No flavour and no sugar even though we asked for regular sugar. To make it worse we asked for no ice and the guy added ice to fill up half the cup.
