Ordered the dahongpao brown sugar pearl milk tea and I would definitely say I would never order from here again. Tea didn’t have much flavour and their pearls are so soggy. It got constantly stuck in their plastic straw. When I finished the tea, I had a giant chunk of pearls stuck together that I couldn’t even finish.

We.ordered the promotion of UE, and I can see why it's a promo I guess. The flavors of the bubble tea(thai tea and one peach slush) were barely existing and there was no sweetness or flavor to the pearls. Definitely felt like we paid for nothing.

Horrible drink watered down and horrible staff, gives wrong information and lie on the phone. The lady at the front is very rude and has no communication skills. Never going back ever!!!!!

They are pathetic!!!! Very disappointed!!!! They give wrong information over the phone and made different drink which is water in taste. The guy promise to remake the drink on the phone but when I went there they did not. I end up buying another drink and that tastes water as well. They should work on their customer service and should have proper training to give correct information.

Be aware their orange lemon green tea contains syrup in it even if you select 0 sugar.. no idea why they were unable to put a disclaimer on it but it's quite irresponsible.. tastes like diabetes.

The mango cream tea is amazing especially with this summer heat. Ton's of parking around the place makes it convenient to go to. The owner is also really nice.

One of the staff working this evening, answered the phone promptly and was able to make helpful accommodations and suggestions, specifically for non-dairy options. I got a hot oolong with brown sugar pearls. The tea could have had probably had more oat milk, especially since I still paid extra, but the temperature was perfect and it was already a BOGO special. I would order again.

Placed an order in uber eats and cancel immediately in 20 second but still fully charged me. And they said they already started preparing my order. It’s good to know that they earned the money for the whole order without doing anything but just a click on accepting order.👍 Such a scam

The Coffee Milk Tea is my go to drink. But out of the local tea shops, Bengong's has the most eastern flavours. With the Mango Pomelo being my wife's favorite. Has a few indoor tables and one small one outdoors for sitting too.
