The green curry sauce was really good! I would just make sure that you’re in the right location as we went to the other one (right beside it).

The customers waiting for a table or just hanging outside the restaurant during midnight would scream so loudly, disturbing residence in the area.

Please implement a rule of taking your ice cream to go. People stand and wait for so long while people just sit there and eat ice cream. It would make things allt faster and better

My husband and I love having soup after a long day at work or whenever we want to have a good soup. Bigway at Kingsway is our favorite place to go as it is close to our house and they're open til late night. Last night we had a concern about my food which I gave the instruction to one of the staff. However, when they took my food I saw the server removing the cilantro while the other one is covering him. My husband talked to the manager and the staff were not admitting of what we saw. I talked to Tracy (Manager) and explain that I'm not happy about it. She listened and rectify the issue right away. She even offer me a complimentary drink which I didnt take coz I am not asking anything for free, I just want her to change my soup and rectify the issue right away. I gave 5star still because of the fast action from Tracy and we will still come back.

Mixed up the spice level for me and my friend. I NEVER get spicy (for dietary reasons) and they gave me spicy while my friend broth was not.
They did not clean for the table for us (there were drink stains). Raised my hand a couple of times and were ignored.

Line up system is an absolute mess when I went , no staff at the door filtering people , groups and groups of people all cramming in. The male staff was rude and had a 'it's not my problem' kind of attitude legit saying my manager is all the way over there if you need any help. It's amazing how much more the Burnaby branch is organized than the Kingsway one . I guess that's the difference with having a competent manager and trained staff

Great food and customer service, but the store is too small for that much tables ?It's a bit awkward to walk between tables when others are eating
