We were seated for our reservation promptly, followed by great table service. One of our party members didn't received her meal at the same time as us so the restaurant took it off the bill - very nice of them. Great food, lovely ambiance.

Not clear about their gluten free foods. Couldn't accommodate anything . Not even having gluten free soy sauce. Not recommended if you are gluten intolerant

4 of us went on Sunday night. We had pizza, prawn pasta, hamburger and paella. The pizza was cold, burger soggy and Ceasars salad limp and over dressed. The service was non existence. Our first visit was a horrible one

When went it was early dinner time and the service was all very young and they were not very attentive. We often had multiple servers and none knew what the last one had asked us. W In the end we sat with empty glasses for over 20 mins and had to find someone to bring our bill. Frankly had we just got up and left I don't figure it would have been noticed sadly. Food was good and the ambiance is very nice, we had a high table.

We had a corporate holiday dinner here with a large group and it was fantastic. Our server Angel got us all our food correctly and always kept our drinks coming out quickly. It was a busy night and she did an outstanding job at hosting us and making sure we had all that we needed. Would recommend having more large group dinners here as they are very accommodating and the food was delicious.

Our table of 10 arrived. We sat there for nearly 25 minutes with no server, water, etc. We then were attended to once one of us got up to check at reception to see if we had a server. We then were attended to with our drink and dinner orders. The burgers were good. The fish tacos were good but I think were cajun so a bit spicy. One of us had allergies to citrus and tomato so ordered their veggie burger without tomato but it arrived with a tomato in it. Luckily it was discovered on the first bite before swallowing. The server was apologetic and the manager offered to make a new burger. All was well in the end. The ambience was festive and energetic.

Our server was only 3 weeks into the position and his service was so spectacular! The staff were so nice to let us keep our table for 4 hours on a busy Friday night and were really nice about my friends son exploring his surroundings. Great job Birdies - this is why we keep coming back!

I do love Birdies and have had great service before but this past time the service was terrible and close to no -existent. No cutlery and then not enough cutlery. Our friends came before us and ordered some applies but the person didn't even ask to take our order when we arrived and didn't even ask if we wanted drinks. The person was not very present at all. I will definitely be going again but sure hope the service isn't going downhill. The food was great!
