Please retrain your staff in regard to customer service. Staff today (November 22) are so rude especially the bald guy with glasses and the barista.
Review of Blenz (Busloop location) - Worst customer service ever. Agree with another commenter who said the bald guy with glasses was very rude. He talks to you like you're garbage. Used to love Blenz but I won't be back.

The bald guy with glasses is racist and rude. I usually order from blenz but won’t do it from this location.

Ordered a dark ice chocolate there today and the barista gave me a full cup of ice with some chocolate stuff. I asked her to remove that full cup of ice(nicely) cuz I didn’t know they’d gave me extra extra extra ice, after removing most ice cubes it looks like there’s much less portion of the drink, I supposed she’d fill it but she just retuned it back to me lol, she said cuz they’ve got every drink measured for the taste.
BUT the drink she gave me doesn’t even look it’s the right color for their “right measurement”. And I’ve no idea what she put at the bottom.
First time ever I was treated like this in a Blenz.

This evening, about 4pm there were three girls.
The three were so absorbed in talking that they have not look at the reception.
A waiting customers approached the receptionist, but the staff lady responded with a disgusted look on her face the whole time.
Poor customer service manners.
You 3 people are not here to play, you are here to work!

I really like the menu but the customer service needs a lot of improvement, they were rude to me when I asked them about my order. They mishandled my order twice, unfortunately they lost a regular customer.

I recently visited Blenz Coffee and had a disappointing experience due to their poor customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and unapproachable, offering no greeting or smile upon my arrival. The barista was rude and dismissive, barely making eye contact or acknowledging my order. Her name was Franchiska.
To make matters worse, my coffee was prepared incorrectly, and when I pointed this out, the staff's response was unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. There was no apology or effort to rectify the mistake promptly. The overall lack of friendliness and attention to customer satisfaction was disappointing and made me feel unwelcome.
I hope the management addresses these issues and trains their staff to be more attentive and courteous. A little kindness and professionalism can go a long way in making customers feel valued and encouraging repeat visits.

Im not one to write reviews but when I'm offended I just have to. I've always loved their matcha chillos. One of my favourite drinks for years. Ordered them at the location below and this one before. Yesterday afternoon (4pm) I went and ordered a medium one along with a mango chillo from the new menu. The mango one was perfectly made by a young girl that was working there but the younger boy made my matcha chillo. It was completely watered down and over blended. It was as it had been left out and just melted but I had just ordered them. I asked him if he could thicken it and that I know that's not the consistency It usually is. He asked if he could just pour ice cubes into it which I said no to that's not gonna change anything. He should've remade it. He said he would add some crushed ice but he could not pour it back in the blender to which I understand but like I said he should've remade it. He proceeded to crush some ice in the blender took the lid off my drink and just dumped the crushed ice on top , put the lid back and walked off. That just watered my drink down even more. I did not want to cause a scene or anything so I walked off and of course I was upset. Please note through this entire conversation he didn't once look at me in the face and just was trying to brush me off. I paid almost 15 dollars for these drinks and was just super disappointed with how he handled the situation. He definitely needs better training on how to make the drinks and treat people.

Would not even let my 7 year old daughter who said she had a stomach ache sit down on their many empty seats without ordering first. Very rude lady said her name was Melody kicked her out even though I was a loyal customer from many visits before.

You need to be in a really desperate situation to enjoy the drinks from this place. We both poured out our ordered cappuccino and blue latte. Tasteless, boiling hot something. Better go to Timmies if you’re craving some caffeine. Don’t waste your time and money here.

My cappuccino was boiling hot, with almost no foam. The muffin was not fresh. Very disappointing.

here is an awful place for having a coffee, set aside staff rudeness , here is very cheap , I asked them for a cup of iced water and they charged me for 50 cents and I wanted to pay with my card and they refused it in excuse of accepting only cash and while they were watching me struggling for find a coin they don’t even suggest free water,

The barista named Rachel here is one of the rudest baristas that I have ever encountered at any coffee chain.
She was frowning at everyone and when I ordered my drink, paid, gave a small change tip and thanked her, she never answered me or even bothered to look at me the whole time; other than asking me to look at the screen to confirm my order before paying. Then when she called out a completed drink (a large iced latte) I couldn't hear it properly and thought it was my drink (a large iced chocolate). So I slowly tried to grab it and looked at her to check if it was mine. Then she got angry and said: "This is a large iced latte! Yours is a large iced chocolate!" I left the drink on the counter and said that I'm really sorry I couldn't hear what she said. The customer who ordered the latte then came back to get his drink and I apologized to him too, just in case. He was friendly. When my drink was ready I thanked Rachel again but she ignored me again. Finally I went to the other side of the kiosk to see if I could get a straw. When I couldn't find one, I went back to Rachel to ask for a straw. She sighed and looked at me like I was crazy but passed me one. By this time I probably wasn't as patient as before and just looked at her puzzled. She finally spoke and said that they don't usually give straws for those kinds of drinks because you should drink from the cup. I didn't say anything and walked away.
The experience left me feeling a bit annoyed and slightly belittled; feelings that I would not expect to feel from buying a beverage at a cafe/coffee chain. I do understand that customer service is not an easy job, especially for baristas because of the complicated orders. However, I have also been in customer service and I believe that even if you are in a bad mood for whatever reason, you should still treat a customer with some basic etiquette and give some acknowledgement. It's not about smiling all the time or even looking at the customer. Just treat them with some basic respect as a person if you are interacting with them. Unfortunately I'm now uncomfortable going to this location going forward because I don't want to encounter Rachel again, nor do I want to have to check if she's working here before I order. I did notice that the other barista working with Rachel was friendly to customers though.
