Top 2 Vancouver lounge, having tried almost all. Great hookah, pricier than other spots, but I think it's justified. They offer a nice variety of flavors, and the hookah comes with chunks of real fruit, which adds an amazing taste. Those are hard to clean and prepare. I haven’t seen other lounges do this. The Persian tea was also excellent freshly brewed instead of teabags like some other places.

We went to Bloo bby hookah . We had a bad experience. The staff were not paying attention at all. Hookah tasted bad and burnt. We ordered many items in the menu, they were sorry because they don't have them at the moment. Even coffee. We went on the weekends on the most days when they had to serve customers more attentively. I never recommend gonig to this place.

I went there last night with my friends and deeply regret it. They charged a ridiculous $52 service fee. The staff were inattentive and had sour faces the entire time. The service quality was absolutely terrible. I’m honestly shocked by the positive reviews—this place is nowhere near as good as people claim. We ordered a hookah, but after just five minutes it started tasting burnt. The beers were also served warm. I’ll never go back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I came to this location over the past weekend with a group of 6 and we ordered 2 flavors of hookah plus wine. When it was time to pay, I was offered options to tip 15%, 18%, 20%, and other. This is very standard so I paid 20% tip. Upon reviewing the printed detailed receipt the next day, I noticed 22% service charge separate from the 20% tip. I've emailed Bloo BBY Lounge for some clarification and received no response back. I've even called them multiple times but I think they are choosing to ignore me because they have no explanation for these shady practices.
Upon further investigation, I've even read many articles of their shady and deceptive practices regarding not paying their staff.
Be aware before coming to this location. They do not advise you of this unexplained 22% service charge prior to paying the bill.

The hookah selection here is fresh, smooth, and packed with flavour. Whether you're into fruity blends or classic mint, they’ve got something for everyone. The staff is super knowledgeable and helped us pick the best mixes for our session.
The attention to detail, from the quality of the coals to the cleanliness of the lounge, really shows. Plus, their drink menu is a great complement to the experience.
If you're in Burnaby and looking for a premium hookah lounge with great energy, Bby Bloo is the place to be. Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend

They most likely have an illegal afterhours thing going on here. Cars are consistently parked outside in the late hours (3am+) of the night, every night.

Came here the other night with wife and we had a great time. The inside is very nice, cool and modern. We order LadyKiller Hooka, 2 black teas and some garlic fries. Let me tell you that the hooka was AWESOME. Ladykiller was listed as a popular seller. I highly recommend this flavor. It gave out a lot of smooth smoke. Since I am only a tea drinker, I was impressed with their black tea. I must add that they killed the garlic fries. They were very very very tasty. They were seasoned perfectly and the portion was a good size. Came with 2 dips. They also had a Dj playing some great music. We will definitely be back again. Thanks guys
