Overall delicious bubble tea & the pearls always taste fresh. Sometimes the staff don't acknowledge customers waiting to order. Sometimes you wait in line only to find out there are no pearls left. I've noticed some staff always make the drinks sweeter than other staff do. I wish the team were consistent with measuring the sugar.

I’ve visited this place several times and recommended it to all my friends. The Mango QQ dessert is my absolute favorite—I absolutely love it! Highly recommend this spot. I’ve tried similar shops around the Lower Mainland, but nothing compares to this one. I truly adore this place! Just a small request: please consider adding more seating and parking, haha.

Ordered hot coffee milk tea, got iced :( Edit: Looks like I didn't mention I wanted a hot coffee milk tea, so that's on me. I still dislike the fact that the coffee milk tea being made in winter is ICED by default. At minimum, you should ask customers of what they want. The taste wasn't great either in comparison to their other milk teas which I really enjoyed in the past.

Picked up a surprise bag from here on the Too Good to Go app. The drinks were fresh, delicious, and generous. Staff was friendly too. Its an unpretentious, clean little cafe in a residential neighborhood so you have to look for it, but would recommend the drive there.
We used to come here every other week, But the quality went down so much recently and not consistent. We always order Mango Creamy and Mango QQ dessert. Mango creamy is very watery now. Also the guy didn't wear gloves to cut or touch the Mango.

I came to this small boba place well on my way home and it was surprisingly pretty good. I only got the jasmine milk tea though, which had a very strong tea flavor (which I enjoy) unlike your usual boba places but was kinda watery. Boba was unexpectedly solid too , though maybe cooked a little bit undercooked. Anyways the drink was really good for 6 dollars like usually you will be paying 7.5 to 8 for boba these days . People coming in only bought the mango drinks so I'm prolly gunna come back and try the jasmine mango
