The strawberry shortcake for our Goddaughter’s confirmation was soft, moist, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The frosting was creamy, not too heavy, which balanced well with the sponge. Overall, it was delicious and satisfying — perfect for any occasion!

Unfortunately the pastries and the biscotti were unfresh and stale. Disappointing. But the prices are much lower than other bakeries.

I usually go to the bonbon bakery to buy the St.Honore cake but I won't lie the past few times have been very disappointing. The tube that is supposed to be full of cream was empty in a few spots and the cake does not taste fresh. I feel as though the bakery may be baking the cakes in advance and chilling them in their refrigerator for later use. The cake does not taste good and they're putting some type of syrup on the cake to make it moist which leads me to believe that I'm right about them baking these cakes in advance. This cake originally does not have a syrup its supposed to be light and fluffy. I know this because I have been ordering this cake for over 40 years. I really hope they're not doing this because they are not cheap cakes and the quality seems to be going down. The one I had the other day was soggy and wet and was dripping the syrup out of it. This is not good bon bon bakery please stop doing this.

My Uber Eats order for 3 dozen macarons arrived with only 27 pieces in the box for the same price as 3 dozen (posted on the Uber Eats site). Each party blames the other for giving me incorrect information but to my mind both are at fault for misleading me. One for posting incorrect information, the other for not informing me of the price difference. In the meantime, I'm short 9 macarons.

this place is garbage. they charged me twice for the same cake, then Joy wouldn't reimburse me. Mold on the Pateis de Nata pastries. go to Fortuna down the street

Service O stars. I went back to Bon Bon couple days after picking up a cake that i paid cash for that was already paid by credit card! I realized this by the person who ordered the cake when i arrived at the party. I was asked to pick up. Joy refused to give me my money back. Called Paulo the owner, he didn't seem to care either. I guess they figured i was trying to rip them off $58.00. Nobody knows what they're doing except for Irene. Don't bother coming here, go to Fortuna or Valley bakery. Better customer service and better tasting cakes.

I ordered a square 8" tiramisu cake for my daughter's birthday. It consisted of 1.5+ inch of whip cream on top and barely any cake at all inside, surrounded by ladyfingers. All we were eating was whipping cream which is not what I expected. It was very disappointing!!! I want to post pictures but for some reason I'm not able to.
The staff is awesome, so helpful. I ordered a chocolate cake and it was a hit!

This wasn't me, but I was waiting my turn when this woman in front of me had a bad experience. I thought I'd just post it in case she doesn't cause it was pretty bad.
But anyway, she apparently called in the morning to ask them to set aside a certain item for her. The person on the phone said to just come, no need to set it aside. So she leaves work early to get to the bakery before it closes and they don't have anymore of this thing she wanted. Obviously this is upsetting because she called, so she told the lady at the counter and this lady says she should have called. And the customer said again that she did call and was told it would be fine to just come in. And the counter lady? No remorse, like basically ignored her plight.
I know it's just cake or whatever, but that's some stone cold stuff right there. Sooo I gave a 1 star for service, but also their food is like whatever. I came for their biscotti because I bought it from the Cioffi (sp?) Butcher shop down the street and really liked it. But the tarts and cake a stuff is like, really ugly. I dunno about the taste. I was going to get something else to try it but nothing looked especially good, there's no signs saying what anything is, and I figured why give them any more money. I just wanted some biscotti sooo off I went with my dozen.
