Well where do I begin! I have been going to Bonbon for many years now and I have trusted them with all of my unique ordered til date. The entire staff is just amazing and the service is next to no other. I recently ordered a beautiful 2 tier custom cake for my daughter’s 4th bday. The details and the cake were EXACTLY what we imagined . Unfortunately as I was driving I somehow slammed my breaks- you guessed it. Cake was in shambles!I called bonbon bakery in tears as my daughter’s bday party was the next day. The ENTIRE staff here assured me to not worry and that they would RECREATE the magical cake . I went in the next morning to pick up the cake and it was so beautiful. And to my shocking surprise, they did NOT charge me one penny to remake it!The staff was truly so spectacular and the owners son was so kind and pleasant. I would rate this bakery 1000000% over and over again.I will definitely be using them for all of my continued celebrations. Thank you so much everyone at Bonbon. We love you!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Each time I have come in the staff is so sweet to my children and offers them a sweet delight.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly! My younger brother is in a wheelchair and the facility is incredibly suited for his visits for a desert and coffee.

Bon bon cakes from here are the absolute best if you're in the mood for a nice whipped creamy treat. Worth the time to Drive from the North Shore every couple of months to for this awesome desert!!

A friend brought over some pastries from Bon Bon the other day. While it wasn't the best I had ever had, it wasn't the worst either. And since I was in the neighborhood, I thought I'd pick up some.So I came into the store during the afternoon. After looking at the pastries in the display case I finally decided on some eclairs. A woman wearing glasses came from the kitchen area to "greet" ( I use this very loosely) me. Her sternness quickly put me off, but I ignored that (hey maybe she was having a bad day) and proceeded to ask how much the eclairs were. The sound of my voice must have triggered something that it caused an annoyance on that sweet face of hers. I, being a man of good judgment, refrained from saying much despite this woman clearly wanting to test my patience. After she packed the box, I proceeded to pay, and it was at that moment when she slammed the visa machine on the counter I decided that I had had enough. I voiced my displeasure with the manner in which I was served. The shock on her face when I gave her a piece of my mind was priceless. She, in turn, had the audacity to say 'I gave you good customer service '. Well lady, if that was good customer service then I don't want to know what your bad customer service is!So all in all, it was an unpleasant experience. The eclairs themselves weren't bad, but the lady behind the counter (owner?) ruined it. I won't be coming back any time soon, nor will I be recommending Bon Bon to anyone.

Long time fan of the original Bon Bon Cake and they never disappoint !! Lifelong fan !! they have huge assortment of other baked goods but the Bon Bon Cake is my favourite

Worst experience.I order a fruit cake .When my delivery guy reach there ,they said its out of stock n give watever they have in stock.I order cake for my sister’s baby welcome..They just ruined my event wth their awful cake..Not only their cake look so ugly but its taste awful..Disappointed n upset as it just ruined my moments??

My family has gone to bon bon bakery for over 15 years for birthday cakes. May 03 2023 I was sold a rotten mouldy cheesecake for my wife's birthday. We figured it out after a few bites as it was quite bitter and didn't smell good at all. The next day we contacted Paul the owner of the bakery to inform him of what had happened and he was not apologetic at all. I was shocked and told him how he should apologize for almost poisoning my guests and ruining my party. He said what do you want me to do about it and made me bring it back so I could get my money. The lady who returned our money was an employee and was so apologetic and agreed it was rotten. We're never going back because of his attitude.

The cake was a very good price, it fed 30 people easily. I was a little disappointed that the red velvet looked more like chocolate & the cream cheese frosting didn’t taste like it. It was a little dry as well.

I ordered a custom macaron cake earlier this month from Bon Bon Bakery. They made the cake according to a photo I sent and absolutely nailed it. The cake was stunning and one of the best cakes I have ever tasted. They accepted my order with only a 48 hour turnaround time and the price was very reasonable. Five stars and two thumbs up!
