Helpful and willing to serve despite ordering at midnight, great service
I ordered a Jambalaya fettuccine with a glass coors light beer. I did not get the beer nor they asked me for alternative beer option if they did not have the coors light. The pasta was also served not enough warm. The staff was also not very pro-active.
Really enjoyed the $15 lunch meals here.
Surprised that Boston Pizza could be this good. Always thought it’s just a chain fast food pizza store, but it actually got a lot to offer. The cheese was good quality, and chicken wings were good value.
It needs an upgrade, the place is a bit outdated. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly (like it used to be), which is a rare thing in Vancouver now. :'(
Dining here feels like eating at a Russian gulag—bleak and uninspired. The service is abysmal; it was a struggle just to get our drinks ordered, and even harder to flag someone down for the bill. The food is mediocre at best, yet it’s priced on par with higher-quality establishments like Cactus Club or Earls. Cocktails were poorly made, and the beer menu was one of the worst I’ve seen.
But honestly, if you’ve eaten at a Boston Pizza before, none of this will surprise you. It’s baffling that this chain still exists
Server/Bartender Jenna is really the highlight of the place!🙂 Sure, people can focus on the taste of the food, menu selection, warm and comfortable seating, wait times, ... but when a customer has a chance to talk to an employee who is friendly, funny, and appears really happy, the restaurant has a chance for that customer to get a 5 star all around pleasant experience. Treat her well! The food, environment, and service is all top notch but it feels better saying that knowing that employee.
Ordered skip the dishes from here and salad was pretty terrible. It’s Boston Pizza so I didn’t expect luxury, but it’s just the crap parts of low quality lettuce, bagged chopped veggies and barely any goat cheese. Never liked BP but didn’t have much choice tonight. Will continue to avoid and dislike thanks to tonight’s dinner.

Not very good service
Standard BP restaurant, decent food, slightly overpriced (what isn't these days). Good service & lounge with lots of TVs for a sports fanatic

Used to be good but they changed their menu and have gotten expensive. $35 for a large pizza! Had a large for the price of a medium deal but she still charged for the large and didn't even put one of the toppings on. Crust not great
My husband and I went out for a light dinner and a nice time for the two of us, we ordered wings with fries, and a couple of drinks. The waitress who served us (Erica J) gave us terrible service, not friendly or kind with an unprofessional attitude. We left very upset and disappointed. We hope to return and have a better experience.

The food is so bland, have to add salt and pepper to every layer, the wait staff are rude, we spent over 15 minutes trying to get their attention when there were only 6 other tables in the area we were sat in, my aunty asked for guacamole 4 times before they brought it, least favourite Boston pizza location.
