Seems the waitress over here really doesn’t know how to serve the guests well or they just thought this job is too much easy to make money from guest, even though they provide nothing service for you and you will still pay 15% tips (lowest option over here)on the bill.
From the beginning to the end, there’s nothing on the track. We have four people totally, three adult and one kid, but they gave us three sit of fork and knife with only one plate, we have to ask for three more plates and kid’s fork, then we ask for a small Tabasco(free) they gave us habanero dip and said gonna charge us for it, then replace it to what we are looking for, and they took away that habanero dip hopefully they won’t give it to the next lucky guest…and for the desert, for that little piece of ice cream we are waiting for more than 10min in a slow quiet Tuesday after dinner night, to be honestly I don’t think waste my time will make you guys happy.
The last weird thing is when I said let’s pay the bill, the waitress grab me a pinpad from back house and let me tap on it but said they have to change something on it then take the pinpad away and grab me another pinpad from front to let me finish the payment again, I'm now terribly worried that my credit card will be stolen.
So no tips at all today, hope you guys will figure out how to dealing with guests seriously.

The service really sucked today. You used to have a server that I think he may been Middle Eastern he was the best server there. He would seat my sister and I and always new what we were having to drink. Today's server (she) was not the greatest.

Not as busy of a location as others so far that we've experienced, so that's nice and usually not a long wait for food.

Awful service me and my partner was refused a pitcher all Becouse the waiter assumed it was for myself Becouse my partner ordered water. I ordered a chicken Thai wrap I got 2 very tiny pieces of chicken in only one half of my wrap. The waiter only apologized when I was about to pay.

Single worst dining experience I've had in a long time. Dead, yet we got distracted and inattentive service, wasn't serbed a beverage until we were 90 percent theu our meal. Just asked for water and it was served hot What a joke.

Great food and fun with fam. 5 of us and each of us ordered meal each...my 14 yr old ordered trlpjcal chicken pizza no bacon no pineàpple. The meals came my 14 yr old was upset seeing pineapples on hia pizza.

Never have their patio open. How can you not be open on a beautiful summer day? Specifically stopped here for the patio.
Good service and attention. Good food. Every location varies. There is one in Grandview which I can say wonders about it. On this one the beer is not as cold as other locations but they have 2 that are cold. Don't know why the difference. Lots of parking. That would never be an issue. Update. There is one thing I'd like to complain about. The water in the men's washroom, you can't wash your hands easily. There is almost no water running through the tap. That's been for a long time.
