I had a really disappointing experience at this Boston Pizza. The manager (mandeep) was unprofessional and didn’t seem interested in resolving any issues. Instead of listening, they were dismissive and made the situation feel uncomfortable.
I recently visited the Boston Pizza on Marine Drive and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a non-alcoholic beverage but was mistakenly served an alcoholic one. After requesting a replacement and asking for less ice, the drink still arrived with too much ice. When I asked for some ice to be removed, the server handed me a spoon and began removing the ice right in front of us, which felt unprofessional.
We also spoke with the manager, Mandeep Kaur, about the issue. Initially, she said she would look into the matter and get back to us. However, after a week of follow-up, we were met with a dismissive attitude. She stated that she couldn’t help and basically suggested we could take our complaints elsewhere, including legal action. This was extremely disappointing and added to the overall frustration.
The server was also rude and unprofessional when we inquired about our nachos. It was my birthday, and the way we were treated completely ruined the celebration. We ultimately decided to leave without placing our order.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing. I hope the management takes steps to improve the customer experience in the future.

During our visit, a staff member named Fatah displayed an extremely poor attitude. He was rude, dismissive, and behaved as though assisting customers was an inconvenience. Simple questions were met with attitude rather than professionalism, which made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Customer service should be welcoming, and unfortunately, this visit fell far short of that standard.
The following day, I contacted the restaurant manager, Mandeep, to report the issue. She informed me that she would look into the matter and follow up. After waiting a week with no response, I called again today. During this conversation, I was told that there was no solution and that “whatever you can do, do it,” which was very discouraging and unprofessional. At that point, it became clear that my concerns were not being taken seriously.
Between the staff member’s behavior and the manager’s lack of accountability or resolution, the overall service experience was extremely poor and not what I expect from Boston Pizza.

I would have never come here but only did because I got a gift card for Christmas. The last time was almost 20 years ago and it’s still the same way over priced for what you get.
The large pizza is almost $40 and the toppings on it are very skimpy especially the meat. The pizza was just ok and it was quite greasy. Definitely a horrible value for your dollar.

Usually this BP's has good food. I wont be ordering mains or wings. I'll just stick to the usual bandera bread or pizza. I guess for the price of things, id expected better quality.
But it does look short staffed so thats unfortunate. I feel like the food is just heated up in a microwave, except for the French fries.

Twice we tried going there and the guy says the hostess will be right with you and nobody ever came. Use to come here all the time but every time we go there the service is terrible.

I had such a great experience at Boston Pizza on Friday evening! I came in for dinner with my mom around dinnertime, and our server, Niya, was absolutely wonderful—warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Service in many restaurants has really declined lately, but Niya was the complete opposite. Our food came quickly, and she checked in with us in such a kind, thoughtful way. She had a great attitude and seemed to genuinely care.
I was also so happy that I could order Bugs ‘n’ Cheese in an adult-sized portion—it’s such a nostalgic dish for me, and it tasted just as good as I remember!
What really stood out was how easily Niya connected with every table she served. For example, the family next to us had a young boy reading Harry Potter, and Niya took a moment to have the sweetest conversation with him about the book. It was such a small thing, but it showed how much she truly cares about her guests.
Boston Pizza is lucky to have her!

What can I say the service was terrible after my food arrived I asked about 4 different servers for sauce in a span for 45 minutes until finally I get the attention of a server and then it takes another 20 same story with my refillable drink and yet they still charged me for sauce after almost a hour of asking for it

This place should be closed.
I was there at 12:30, the restaurant was empty and there was no one that could take my order.
I’ve had BP before and was pleasantly surprised but this particular location made it not worth going. I think they had an unanticipated rush or something so maybe that’s why? But I assumed BP is a well oiled machine that the standards should be at a certain level….this was not. First, waited at the front entrance for 20-25mins, no one came to say anything….families left, no apologies or whatever eventually just grabbed menus and took us to a table.
Our server was nice, efficient but didn’t come back to refill waters or take the extra step to notice all the kids drinks were empty, needed ketchup etc. The food was regrettable- I had fish tacos which were just terrible, flopped on the plate not even displaying nicely, was cut up fried fish and so much gross sauce. Kids meals were chicken fingers that were tough and the meat balls for the kids were so huge they couldn’t eat them. The pasta my aunt had was mushy with so much sauce. My husband said his burger was fine.
Was disappointing for sure and I won’t go back to that location.

First one seated and no one took our drink order. Restaurant was near empty during lunch. We left after the manager took the order of the table that arrived after us. Went to another BP instead and the server made up for it.

I have gone to this location many times with my friends, and its always a great experience. They are welcoming and friendly, and prompt. Not a lot of gluten free options, but the gf pizza is always a good choice.
