Felt rushed, food tastes stale, and the lady on meat was sooo gentle with picking out small small small portions. I asked her for a little more and she argued with me. Was a wild experience to ask for a little more, not “double portion” on a small serving. $20 bux a plate I’m not expecting heaps, but I’m certainty not expecting palm sized servings.
I suspect the meat is stale because it’s not being moved fast enough. The bourbon pork tastes like it’s been sitting long enough to collect dust.
I enjoy the food but the portion size for the price charged simply isn’t worth the money. Also I’ve never been asked to provide a tip from a Bourbon Street Grill location before. They’re operating in a food court and just scooping barely any food on the containers…

Bourbon St Grill gives you samples of food if you want to taste their cooked items. They have a set menu with one, two or three items with noodles or rice. Everything is generally cooked and ready to be ordered.

Used to buy food here then stopped due to MSG in the food. Today, I got as pery son's request and got the mango chicken. Tried a piece, and my goodness!!! It tasted more like a dessert. It was awfully SWEET. Reason i gave 3 star for food. Please check your prepping and final quality of food preparation. Did a cook accidentally slip and poured more than usual sugar in it???
