The bubble waffle that the cashier gave me was not freshly made. Only 5% of the bubble waffle was crispy, the rest of it was cold, soggy, and dense. I would not return again.

We visited the Bubble waffle Cafe today. We ordered Taro Milk Pearls and Matcha Milk Pearls. We enjoyed the beverages. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I added one of the bill. We ordered separately. 1st we tried Taro milk pearls it was awesome then we ordered Matcha Milk Pearls. Try once you will love it.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Ordered duck breast with rice and the only hot item in my plate was the rice. The duck and the broccoli were at room temperature. Those were not only terrible to eat, but also demonstrate that this place has no idea about food safety. Food items are supposed to be kept outside the temperature danger zone, and these were surely not following that. Imagine paying 17 dollars on that... Never coming back again.

Came here for a quick meal - Ordered the duck breast rice The portion is absolutely abysmal… Paid 19 dollars with the cold drink. They gave ONE broccoli as part of the meal. Why bother to even give if you are going to give one broccoli?
Actually just disappointing. Would not recommend.

I ordered the Taiwanese chicken nuggets with rice. While the service was nice and friendly, the food was unfortunately inedible. The chicken nuggets were overcooked and lacked flavor, the rice had a strange seasoning that was off-putting, and the dipping sauce was really bad. It’s a shame because the staff was great, but the quality of the food needs significant improvement.

The rice roll is suck. I better bought at Tim Hortons. Too sweet with peanut butter and the soy sauce. Zero point for the food. However, the staffs are nice, though.

Basically, I just ordered a Hong Kong style bubble tea. And I love Hong Kong style coffee and tea so I felt it was pretty good. I also see they have a two topping noodle deal that comes with a drink for $15.95 which seems pretty reasonable. I haven't tried the food, only the bubble tea.

My expectations were really low given it is a shopping mall food court and their specialty is bubble tea, when I ordered the Hainanese chicken rice.
Turns out they weren’t low enough because that was some of the worst food I have encountered. The taste was awful, the chicken was stringy, and the sauce was better untouched.
They should stick to drinks, which I’m hoping they are better at.
