The quality of the food, the cleanliness, and the speed of service are all excellent at this place. It has been our favorite restaurant for years. However, the truly exceptional service and outstanding kindness provided by the young lady KELLY are what I especially want to highlight. all of the server were so rude especially the girl with the grey colour hair,me n my friends were trying to get a to go box but none of them are noticed even we already keep calling them but they just walkby our table and go to the other customer lol and also if u really that lazy to give people changes and trying to get tips just told us cuz wdym u let people paying cash but u didnt came back to our table again ???with this kind of services i dont think u guys deserve tips since i didnt felt being respect as a customer

Ordered the deep fried squid tentacles and deep fried fish filet. Squid tentacles were so chewy - perhaps the squid tube is better. The fish filet was a huge portion and well fried. It came with some delicious sauce with it as well

The fried king oyster mushrooms are devine! They were cripsy, soft and succulent at the same time. I don't like fried food much but they were delicious! We also had the chili dumplings. The BBT was tasty too. They're open late so it was an easy choice for us to come here.

I had a very disappointing experience at this bubble tea place. It made me feel uncomfortable and ignored, rather than respected as a customer. I was just hanging out with my friends here. The server was rude and not in the best mood. I didn't feel like eating ,so I was asked to order or pay a minimum fees. We used to come every time with my friends, but since I had this experience, I'm not coming here anymore.

was just at the store and it had horrible rude service, extremely unhappy with the service and the food i had recieved. at the end of everything i was paying for my food and i paid with cash so there was 1.55$ left over she said in a extremely entitled and rude voice ( NO CHANGE RIGHT?!) so i got pissed off and wanted me change. i asked for my change and she was clearly pissed off. next thing i see is that she brings me a tray of all nickels all spread apart. this type of service is downright unacceptable and straight up entitlement.

Bad service ever, went there at 10:50pm, staff said last call in 5 min. We took a seat 2 min and she asked to order. Last food we got at 11:15pm. Then 11:22pm server said kitchen need your dish to wash now, do u want to get box. Amazing….

Something changed with their bubble tea recipe. I have been a loyal customer at Bubble World for more than 20 years ever since their original locations on Granville St. and Cambie. Over the last year the taste of their regular pearl milk tea changed. I had inquired about it and was told it was due to the supplier of their sugar from Taiwan. It has lost the flavour the creamy milk tea. I do hope you try and find a way to serve the original recipe. That was the BEST bubble tea in the metro.
