I visited the Burger King at Metrotown in Burnaby this morning and had a highly disappointing experience. I ordered a Big Fish sandwich and waited 3–4 minutes, only to watch the staff member drop my sandwich on the floor. I was then told to wait another 3–4 minutes for a replacement. When I asked if the order could be complimentary due to their mistake, I was dismissively told, “It happens.”
What’s even more concerning is that the person preparing the food was not wearing gloves. When I questioned the front counter staff about why gloves weren’t being used, I was completely ignored as she proceeded to take other orders without acknowledging my concern.
Food safety and basic customer respect are the bare minimum I expect from any restaurant, and this location failed on both. I do not feel safe eating food prepared with bare hands, and I will not be returning to this location again.

The worst bk franchise ever. Terrible customer service. They wouldn't give you ketchup when you ask. The workers are rude and act they don't even want to be there.
My friend requested to have melted cheese on the patty but they declined coldly and said they were too busy! Worst service and experience wish I could give them a negative review.

Soft drinks at all burger king has very little sweetness in taste too much water.
Girl cashier at Metrotown location has poor english difficult to understand.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members, whose name I believe is Ritika. She was quite rude and it seemed like she was not interested or motivated to work. I understand that working in customer service can sometimes be hectic, but customers should always come first. Unfortunately, Ritika did not behave professionally and needs to learn how to interact respectfully with customers. Because of this experience, I don’t feel like visiting that place again. If someone doesn’t want to work or does not have the right attitude for customer service, they should not be in that position.
If something is discontinued, take it off your video menu.

Today at Burger King in Metropolis at Metrotown, at around 3:20 p.m., I saw that sandwiches and burgers were being prepared without gloves. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to record a video, but I told the cashier who took our order that gloves were not being used. A woman was touching all the food with her bare hands while preparing the sandwiches. I couldn’t see her face. After the cashier warned her, she went to the back, put on gloves, and started preparing again.
It was such a disgusting and sickening sight that I can’t even describe it. I didn’t have the chance to record it on video, but I do have my receipt and a screenshot of my complaint record. I was there with my son, and now both of us feel sick to our stomachs. I just wanted to let you know. Thank you.

We order juniors meal to get some toys that the kids wanted, but they never let me know that was a different one that that they show on the screen , anyways, we order a couple days after again and the same issue, now they not tell anyone that are out of stock or something like that, again, the kids wanted always the toys and the father's understand why this is annoying.

I just wanted to leave a quick review because I had a really great experience at this Burger King recently. I was served by a girl named Rhea and she was super friendly and polite throughout my visit. You could tell she actually cared about doing a good job, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re grabbing food. The service was quick, my order was accurate, and she made sure to double-check that I had everything I needed before I left.
You can tell she’s a hard worker and really represents the brand well. I’ll definitely be coming back because of how positive my experience was. Thanks again, Rhea!
